The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and dishwasher, invites you to unleash your culinary creativity. Savor your meals at the dining table or on the balcony, taking in the peaceful surroundings. We have woken up many morning sitting watching the turkey and deer grazing behind our house.

About our Staff
Chela, Claudia, maintenance, my husband Larry, and myself all comprise a service team of five people to oversee the care and condition of 9 houses. We are scaled to the right size to allow for the time to give plenty of attention to the care of each and every guest home.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 4,000 square feet.
Interaction with guests
We usually have no physical interaction with our guests, but are available by phone/text or email during their entire stay. The day of your arrival you receive a keypad code that allows guests to check yourselves in and out. Anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know!
Other things to note
Coded lock on the front door for easy, no hassle access. If arriving in middle of night, no problem!

• Please respect our neighbors by not being loud or littering outside the home. This is a unique community of good neighbors and we have family in the immediate area. We are friends with our neighbors and value our relationships with them. Our neighbors are reasonable people, but like their sleep. We want to make them happy. No more than the number of guests booked in or on the property after 10 PM. Violation of this rule will immediately lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of small items around the house including toilet paper but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Great overall for our family. Does not have the pictured outdoor play area. Host was very reponsive and helpful. No windows with screens and stuck doors were hard for kids.

The house was perfect for our family reunion. It accommodated all of us so well with plenty of space options to gather together (indoors as well as outdoors), a really well equipped kitchen, a separate area for the children to play, and more than enough bedrooms for everyone. We would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this to other large groups.

We stayed at this property in Topeka and appreciated a few things about it. The location was convenient, and the house offered plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. With a little more care, it could be a great place to stay.However, we ran into several issues that affected our experience. The home's cleanliness was disappointing — we noticed dust throughout the house and dead flies on the window sills and rugs. Some maintenance problems also came up, including a broken washing machine upstairs, a loose and hanging ceiling vent, and loose toilet seats in multiple bathrooms. The upstairs heater stopped working during our stay, and the master bathroom tub would not retain water, making it unusable. In the kitchen, the coffee pot wasn’t functional, and the air fryer hadn’t been cleaned.While the hosts made sure the heater was fixed, and a new coffee pot was delivered. This gesture was appreciated, and communication with the host was good. Overall, while the home has good space and potential, it needs more attention to cleaning and maintenance to make it a comfortable stay. I hope the owners address these issues for future guests.
