Located in quiet Aquarian Acres just north of Lake Shawnee, this 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home gives guests the space and flexibility hotels simply cannot offer: private bedrooms, multiple gathering areas, a full kitchen, laundry, outdoor living, a basement game room, and excellent parking.
Whether you are in Topeka for a youth sports tournament, family gathering, wedding weekend, work trip, or multi-family stay, Aquarius House is designed to keep everyone comfortable, organized, and close to the action.
The main level includes three private bedrooms, with one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. It also includes two full bathrooms, one half bathroom, a comfortable living room, a full dine-in kitchen with table and barstool seating, a separate dining room, laundry, and access to an elevated deck overlooking a private wooded area. Guests also have access to a full two-car garage for secure parking, along with additional off-street parking.
The basement is set up as a large group hangout and sleeping area. It includes multiple couches, a pool table/ping-pong table, a stand-up multigame arcade with 60+ games, TV space, and a separate TV area with a futon. The basement also includes two full bedrooms with a total of 6 twin beds and 3 full beds, plus a full bathroom, making it a great setup for kids, teams, or larger family groups.
The outdoor space includes a two-level deck facing the wooded backyard area, deck string lights, and a grill. It is a great spot for morning coffee, evening grilling, or relaxing after games, lake time, or family activities.

The house was great! Very clean, plus new carpets, awesome basement, very cool deck! Lots of room for parking. Easy in and out with garage code. Quick access to highway.Fast communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again!

One of the best VRBO experiences! Such a beautiful home and area. Right by Lake Shawnee and great for hosting a group! Would recommend to anyone and will be back!

The house was even more beautiful in person and had more sleeping spots than we needed, even for a group of 18! It was spotless, located in a nice area, and had a good energy about it, we especially loved the wooded area of the back deck. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone.
