About this house rental
This stunning Federation/Victorian home on acreage is presented to a very high standard. Situated in the heart of the scenic Yarra Valley, close to wineries, opposite an equestrian event park, easy walk to the Warburton Trail and a few minute drive to local stores and eateries.
The home was originally built in 1910. It has a large modernised kitchen/eating area, whilst retaining many of the original features. There is a library/sitting room with a wood burner, a conservatory with second dining/living area. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Outside there is a beautifully presented enclosed cottage garden with mature trees and shrubs. A terrace with an alfresco area for eating. There is also a flat grassed area to kick a football or play cricket. There is an orchard, various mature fruit trees and a vineyard which is all surrounded by our working strawberry farms.

Wonderful host, meet us at the house. Well maintained space for all of us and our different needs. Fun over the pool table was also great but seperate from the house for those wanting quieter activities. Only regret it wasn’t strawberry picking time but host had saved a few punnets for us from the last pick during the week.

As usual our family had a fantastic stay. The home is just gorgeous. I want to live there! Andrea is so lovely to deal with. We really appreciated her checking in during the stay making sure we were comfortable. So welcoming and attentive. We also enjoyed total privacy. As we did last year, we have booked again for next year.

We experienced a delightful getaway in a home that feels and looks so lovely. It was warm and the northern room soaked up the sun during the day which we loved. Every window you look out of is a picturesque view of the garden and strawberry farm. We did not want to leave this little bit of heaven.
