The holiday home is duly registered with the Ragusa police headquarters (code RG001166) and the Municipality of Pozzallo, the tourist tax - mandatory - is included in the price.
It is 400 meters from the sea and 250 meters from the bus stop that directly connects Pozzallo with Catania Fontanarossa airport. You can easily reach the house and the resort by public transport without using a car.
The house is very sunny, bright, with air-conditioned rooms to ensure night's rest.

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno, casa spaziosa, appena ristrutturata, pulita con 3 camere matrimoniali di cui una letto king size! Il proprietario è molto disponibile e cordiale, che ringrazio.
Volendo trovare un punto di miglioramento servirebbe qualche accessorio in più (appendiabiti, appendi asciugamani).

Ci siamo trovati indiscutibilmente bene, la casa è spaziosa, pulita, internamente tutta rifatta (i bagni davvero belli) in posizione strategica, vicina al mare ma nello stesso tempo in zona tranquilla con facile parcheggio.
Il proprietario è molto gentile, sempre pronto e disponibile ad ogni necessità o consiglio. Cosa molto positiva mai riscontrata in precedenza è che lascia completamente libero il giorno precedente e successivo il soggirono, quindi il checkin ed il checkout sono liberi a qualsiasi ora, davvero eccellente.
Le uniche note leggermente sotto l'eccellenza sono l'esterno della casa (da ristrutturare) e la mancanza di qualche accessorio interno (appendi abiti, un armadio in più).
Comunque è da consigliare.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, giudizio positivo. La casa è grande, funzionale, pulita, in ottima posizione sia per andare al mare a piedi sia coma base per spostarsi in auto. Il proprietario si è dimostrato gentilissimo e cordiale sin dal primo contatto. Non diamo 5 stelle solamente per l'aspetto esteriore della casa che andrebbe migliorato. Esperienza da consigliare.

La casa è ben fornita di tutto il necessario, pulita e spaziosa. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponile. La posizione è ottima per poter girare la zona
