Refined and well kept single house with sea view terrace.
The house is located just twenty steps from the Pietre Nie Black seafront in the heart of the city of Pozzallo,
the ideal location for experiencing the sea by day with free beaches or paid lidos and the rich nightlife at night.
The structure has been recently built, it has 8/10 beds.
The house is so structured.

patio, entrance-dining room, kitchen area and pantry compartment, laundry room, quadruple room and complete bathroom with shower cubicle with hydromassage.
first floor
hallway, double bedroom, bathroom, shower room, living room (with sofa bed for two people) and furnished terrace
second floor
furnished terrace with sea view and double bedroom with bathroom.
Each floor is equipped with a minibar, air conditioning and TV.
the house is also completely furnished and equipped, air-conditioned, small safe and flat-screen TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, electric barbecue.
For each guest we provide sheets and a set of towels.

L'appartamento si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Pozzallo.
Disposto su tre livelli con due terrazzini offre tutte le comodità necessarie per un buon soggiorno. La casa è pulita . La proprietaria molto attenta e disponibile per ogni esigenza o necessità. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e speriamo di ritornare.

My family loved the three levels, of this town-house style apartment. It was so close to the beach and a cute town. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. A family favorite during our stay in Italy.
