This Building is among the three high rises in Cartagena with stunning views to the ocean and bay like you have never seen before. This loft penthouse has a two story social room with windows from the floor to the second floor ceiling (about 24’ high) with ocean views that are unreal! A NEW 50"curved LCD in living area.The front balcony is the length of entire condo with sliding glass doors that can all be condensed into two at each end, leaving about 30' opening to take in the ocean sound, smell and stunning views. A private hot tub is also located in this front balcony. The Master bedroom has its own private balcony that overlooks at the entire bay, old city, la popa, playa Blanca and other islands. The view at night and the sunsets from here are spectacular. Both bedrooms have king beds and two roll out beds, 32” LED / LCD’s and iPod docks. The third bedroom is a small private loft with gorgeous cartagena shutters that open as balcony with amazing views to liviing area and ocean. The 3rd bedroom contains a double full size bed / ipod dock and 26' led TV.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this Cartagena penthouse. From booking through checkout, communication was seamless and extremely helpful, which made everything stress-free, especially when our flight change required an early check-in that the host graciously accommodated. That extra effort was so appreciated. The penthouse itself lived up to the photos—it was exactly as represented. Bright, clean, and very well-kept, with a truly fabulous view right from the balcony. Watching the sunrise and sunset over Cartagena from up high was unforgettable. We felt very safe throughout our stay. Entry and exit from the building was always closely monitored by security, and they were consistently helpful—whether it was ensuring everything ran smoothly or assisting us with getting taxis into the city, which made moving around easy and worry-free. The Walled City was just about a 10–15 minute drive away, so sightseeing was convenient without being directly in the most crowded tourist area. On-site amenities also added to the stay. The rooftop infinity pool overlooking the ocean was nothing short of amazing—absolutely the highlight when we weren’t out exploring. The workout room wasn’t fancy, but it had all the basics we needed for a quick session, and that was perfect for us. We didn’t use the hot tub so I can’t comment, but just having it as an option was a fun touch.Overall, this penthouse offered a great mix of safety, convenience, comfort. I highly recommend.
