Summary:
A fantastic one bedroom apartment in one of the city's most dynamic neighborhoods, Pacific Heights. On-site washer and dryer - we provide laundry pods. Single-serve Keurig - we provide coffee pods and tea. Clean and comfortable, you'll want for nothing in this pretty apartment.
* Walk Score 97 * Transit Score 89 - it's half-a-block to Fillmore Street with many bars, shops, restaurants, and attractions. ⭐️ Crime Grade A, extremely safe neighborhood!
The Space:
This is a great place to call home while you're in SF for an extended vacation or work trip or if you're relocating to SF and want a temporary home in one of SF's best neighborhoods while you find your permanent home. The apartment has good lighting in the bedroom and the open concept living room and kitchen make the place feel spacious.
Guest Access:
You will have full and exclusive access to this 1 bedroom condominium.
There is only one set of guest keys. We are unable to provide a 2nd set of keys.
The Neighborhood:
Pacific Heights is one of SF's most favored neighborhoods. There are countless nice cafes, restaurants, boutiques. This neighborhood is like a European city.
Centrally located - 10 minute drive to iconic Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park, Fisherman's Wharf, Financial District/Union Square. Lots of great restaurants, bars, shops, parks. Yoga studios, JCC, Easy 20 minute walk to Fillmore Jazz district, Presidio National Park or the Marina.
Getting Around:
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services: For $20 in Uber credit (for first time users), use my code - plz6p For $20 in Lyft credit (for first time users), use my code - keith93 A lot of buses are around, street parking is very easy and it is also within walking distance to a lot of nice places.
Other Things to Note:
The building laundry machines are shared with the three other units in the building.
Parking in San Francisco is always challenging. There are a couple of parking garages nearby which you may be able to purchase monthly parking passes. We can sometimes get street parking permits. If you book far enough in advance and ask for a fee for up to two months.

We liked our stay on Jackson St mainly due to the location. Fillmore Street is a great neighborhood full of yummy places to eat. Bluebottle Coffee is a half of block away. The apartment is small and charming but lacks some comforts. They do not have cable and the Roku TV was not adequate. The kitchen does not have a dining table and the bar stools are very uncomfortable. We really needed a Renters guide and had to solve problems on our own. The bed was comfortable and access to washer and dryer a definite bonus. The parking was not a problem because the owner set up a parking permit for the 30 days we were there. All in all the apartment served the purpose and we enjoyed being in San Francisco for a month.
