Includes one assigned parking spot inside a covered garage for one compact car.

This high ceiling condo features a thoughtfully designed layout with one bedroom and a loft area, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 3 guests. The plush queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a comfortable twin bed in the loft ensure a peaceful night`s sleep after your city adventures.

EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
We offer early check in and late check out when we do not have another reservation checking in or out that same day. You can check in as early as 12pm and check out as late as 3pm for an additional $50 each. Please request early check in / late check out within 24 hours of your check in date so we can check out most up to date calendar to see if we can accommodate your request.
If you`d like to guarantee an early check in / late check out, we can block the day before /after for $100.
RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS
Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it`s not a same day booking.
