Bedding is 100% cotton 400TC Italian sheets, with a Peacock Alley coverlet and shams and Suzanne Kastler for Ballard Designs linen and cotton Duvet and Euro shams. Ralph Lauren towels. Appliances include a full size washer & dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave drawer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster oven.

Lovely pool house in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nearby access to the 9 bus. Excellent water pressure in the shower, washer/dryer available in unit (and they provided detergent!)

We had such a great stay! The apartment was bright, beautifully decorated, and super clean. The location was quiet and felt safe. We especially loved having the laundry in the unit and spending time by the pool. The hosts were friendly and responsive. It was also just a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go in New Orleans. We’d definitely stay here again!

The area was nice room was clean kitchen and laundry were a plus. My only comment is regarding the pool. The listing sounds like the pool is for your use only, but in reality the home owners use the pool area as well. We were invited to join them for a football party they were having outside by the pool area which was nice of them. We happened to be out for the day so it wasn’t an issue. I would suggest wording the use of pool a little differently. If we were planning on relaxing by the pool for part of the afternoon I would have been disappointed. Owners were very nice. We were happy with the stay. Close to everything.
