About this apartment rental
Self contained and private, this cute flat on the end of our home is freshly renovated and decorated with personality and has amazing views from both inside and out. New queen bed and luxury bedding and new bathroom. Well set up for self-catering and lots of little extras provided. Own private bbq and outdoor seating area with stunning mountain and rural views. Perfect rural location to relax summer or winter with Lake Hayes for swimmiing and walking and Coronet Peak less than 10 minutes drive away for skiing and snowboarding. Less than a 5 minute drive to historic Arrowtown with over 20 bars, restaurants, cafes and great shopping and walking distance to Millbrook Resort, Mora Cafe and Ayrburn hospitality precinct. The gold mining historical walk up the Arrow River is a must-do and free! We can provide gold pans if you want to try your luck. Numerous wineries offering Central Otago's world famous Pinot Noir and other wines all within easy driving distances. We are happy to help you with your itinerary or make recommendations for activities during your stay. Breakfast basket available on request.

Fantastic relaxing roomy, place to call home for us. After spending full days and evenings out and about with all the adventures and fond memories that Arrowtown and Queenstown, Millford it was so wonderful to return to Jane's special retreat and plan the next days activities. (With a nice bottle of local wine, whilst thoroughly enjoying some of Jane's homemade scrumptious baking) We would not hesitate to Highly recommend this accommodation. This beautiful little cottage is a piece of paradise in a gorgeous, peaceful garden setting with stunning views of the countryside, across Lake Hayes to The Remarkables. Jane is a wonderful host and an excellent cook, providing all sorts of treats and home comforts. The only complaint is that I was unable to stay longer. I cannot rate this property highly enough. Superb.

Jane and Roger were perfect hosts who were incredibly welcoming and kind. The thought and care that had gone into the flat was clear to see. Lovely location with mountain views and very peaceful. Excellent base for exploring arrowtown, Queenstown and Wanaka.
