Experience a tranquil getaway at The Grandview Resort in our luxurious log cabin, Zip-A-Dee-Doo. This beautiful two-level, 2100 sq ft cabin offers a charming rustic elegance, ideally designed to comfortably accommodate two families with separate living spaces.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by the cabin's inviting décor, featuring comfortable King-sized beds made from rustic logs. The fully equipped kitchen awaits your cooking needs, and the generous living areas provide plenty of space to relax. After a day of adventures in the Great Smoky Mountains, unwind in the hot tub located on the back balcony, where you can enjoy stunning views.

Both bedrooms include private bathrooms with either a soaking tub or a jetted tub, along with flat-screen TVs and extra amenities for a restful stay. The cabin can sleep up to eight guests, with Queen leather sleeper sofas available in the living room and the upstairs loft for additional sleeping arrangements. For added convenience, there is also a half bathroom downstairs.

Enjoy leisure time in the game loft, which features a vaulted ceiling, a pool table, and a flat-screen TV. We had a wonderful short family vacation here. Everything was as described or shown in the listing. The WiFi ended up going out on day 2 and took several days to be restored—that would be my only complaint. However, we still had a wonderful time. The cabin is a little off the beaten path and the roads are narrow. The cabin itself was tidy and had all the basics. We also enjoyed using the grill to grill hamburgers on evening. I would love to stay here again!

This property was just ad expected. It was perfect for daughter, son-in-law, grandson and us. The free tickets for experiences in the area was a nice addition. Our only issue was the roads leading to the property were very narrow without guardrails, (obviously this is a situation that can't be remedied by the home owner)

Cabin is older and could be updated. Lots of cobwebs. Lighting is insufficient inside and out. Most interior doors are difficult to shut due to settling of the house. Masterbath shower is a broken steam shower with only a rainhead. Difficult to use as a shower. The lights in the hot tub do not work. Deck furniture is very old and uncomfortable.

Property was well taken care of. Our family had a great time on vacation. Roads take a little getting used to since there are no shoulders and lots of curves. Inside the cabin we had everything we needed. Beds and couches were comfortable. The hot tub we used once, that needs some care, the cover has black mold growing on it. The neighbor had an infestation of carpenter bees which hindered the use of the back deck during the day time. Overall, our family would stay there again. Close enough to the attractions but still in the mounatins.

Cabin was nice and we had a great stay. Both beds were comfortable but if you have a sleeping partner you will feel every move they make on the downstairs bed. The tvs wouldn't connect to their internet even though it showed a strong signal. The downstairs bedroom tv did connect to my hotspot after resetting the roku. Patking and access to the cabin is very accomodating. There is only a few steps to enter the cabin. The location of the cabin is great. It is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Overall, we had a great stay and if we are ever back in the area will hope to book this cabin again.

Need to change the check in policy from 4pm to 2 or 3 pm. Couch is uncomfortable. Bring a hot pad for the oven. Otherwise everything was perfect very clean and enough basic supplies for kitchen and bathrooms. Would stay again and highly recommended.

Our cabin was perfect! The beds were so comfortable. We all slept amazingly. The hot tub was a great addition to soothe our achy legs after the miles we walked. The discount for Ziplining at Wahoo came in handy. We will definitely be back!

Overall the cabin is nice; however it is listed by a rental agency that has a lot of listings. The amenities are marked the same for all rentals. Plus after i booked i was advised the internet is spotty and may not work. The listing says it has cable but it actually doesn't. You have to use your accounts to access streaming services. So if the internet isn't working you can't watch tv. When we arrived the internet was down and we couldn't get the tv to work. I contacted customer service were i was advised the cabin did not have cable. When i questioned her about the

We arrived at our cabin the day before Hurricane Helene came ashore. It was a wet week; raining every day we were there. The cabin was a nice refuge. We did not lose power or internet connections. The cabin was tastefully decorated and comfortable as our out door activities were limited due to the closing of Smokie Mountain National Park. The only thing I would encourage is the replacement of cushions on, back deck, out door furniture. They were pretty worn. Nice cabin, easy to get to and high enough to view some mountains.

The cabin (zip a dee doo) was absolutely gorgeous. Inside was amazing, very open and inviting ,both bedrooms were impeccable. Would be a great cabin for 2 couples, given the 2nd living area upstairs. View from balcony was very nice off one side, but thick trees straight off the balcony, which was nice for privacy but did hinder watching sunrise on the balcony. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working for the first 2 nights of our stay, but the management company was very open and fair and refunded me a nights stay for the lack of use of the hot tub. Overall, a very nice cabin and a great experience with the management company. Although the hot tub didn't work, I was happy with the outcome and it did work for the last night of our stay, which was nice to be able to enjoy it at least for a little while.

This was my first time renting with Itrip, and it was wonderful. We rented the Zip-A-Dee-Doo cabin and I would highly recommend the company and the cabin. Our accommodations were wonderful and just as pictured on the website. It's always great when reality meets expectations!! I will definitely rent through Itrip in the future. Our vacation was relaxing and easy breezy just like we wanted.

Myself, hubby, and 11yo son stayed for a week and had a blast. You can tell the cabin is older in the cabinetry, appliances, doors, etc. but it was a great deal. This was our second time booking with iTrip, and I can confidently say we will exclusively book with them should we stay in any of their available locations in the future. We had a few issues that arose, and after emailing they had them fixed insanely fast (like before we got back to the cabin that afternoon). We had some other issues that we didn’t tell them about, mainly because it was in the middle of the night on our last night, but I have no doubt they would’ve remedied them. The beds were very comfortable. So comfortable in fact, my son has been begging me to purchase their linens. I looked them up online, and let’s just say they did NOT skimp on the price on those. The shower downstairs had very hot water, pressure was good. The pool table upstairs got a lot of use, it was a really nice touch. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use any of the jacuzzis/hot tub due to the issues. But again, if we had known about the issues sooner I know they would’ve fixed them. Only things I would note is- bring an oven mitt if you plan on cooking. We had to use washcloths from the bathroom. And if you and your spouse both have a need to use outlets (for things like CPAP machines/phones/alarm clocks), I would suggest sleeping in the bedroom upstairs. There is only one outlet that is easily accessible next to the bed downstairs. And if you plan to spend time out on the back deck, bring some bug spray or a big zapper. Luckily I saw another review mentioning this so I brought a zapper. There was an extension cord in the desk in the living room that helped with that as well. One thing they didn’t note in the listing is, the TVs in the main living room and in the loft living area both have smart TV capabilities. So that was a very pleasant surprise. Overall a good experience. We never stay in the same cabin/house twice, but if we did we would probably consider staying again just for the superb customer service alone. This cabin was very nice and just as described. It was convenient to Sevierville. It offered access to free activity tickets which was a nice perk. Parking was good. I liked that it was in a resort community. Overall, we had a nice stay at this cabin. There was room for improvement. The doors inside had trouble closing. The hot tub cover was broken in a way that made removing it necessary rather than just pulling it back. The inside of the hot tub was very rough/gritty. The lighting inside was dim and there was no lighting on the front porch other than plug-in string lights.

It you want quiet and serene this is the place to stay. It was clean and decorated like a cabin should be. We took our 2 grandsons (12 and 10}. They stayed in the loft! It was like their own little paradise! The pool table and hot tub kept them from their technology! Family time together! We’ve stayed in several cabins and my husband said this was the best! Try it! I’ll bet you’ll love it as much as we did!

The cabin was BEAUTIFUL but again owners have ignored continuous comments at the deck furniture. MOST UNCOMFOTABLE furniture I have ever sat on. The base is beautiful but apparently $200 -300 is to much for them to replace the cushions.

Overall there were things that NEED UPDATED AND CLEANED…. The hot tub was broken, the kitchen counters were cut up like someone used them instead of a cutting board, the grill was dirty, the kitchen was dirty, there was mold on the main level bath, the shower curtain upstairs had mold on the bottom of it, the towels were old old old, no potholders, and the upstairs toilet ran ran ran…. Overall it was nice but needs TLC.

The property was as described. Very roomy, quality beds, clean, good amenities. It was a great fit for our family. And after booking we found it came with discounted tickets for area activities. Only complaints were the need for some repairs. Everything technically worked but the microwave was falling apart, the dishwasher was rusty and didn’t clean dishes well, the upstairs pullout bed was not great, and the jets in the hot tub weren’t very powerful and the light didn’t work. I’d still stay there again but fixing these few things would bump it up to a 5 star rating.

The property is nice but kind of tired-looking. The deck was dingy and the hot tub was finicky. Many of the doors inside don't close and latch properly. The view from the deck was limited by the trees directly behind the deck. Very nice pool table but no bridge and one of the tips was missing from a cue stick. I was very impressed with the property overall. The cabin was spotless. We had plenty of utensils and towels for our family. We loved the view from the balcony of the mountains. We also loved the pool table and hot tub. The entire decor of the cabin was great. We kept finding nice touches that we hadnt noticed before. I personally loved the huge painting as you walk in the front door. We will definitely be back.
