8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
The property was fairly well. It could use a deep cleaning and dusting. The pull out bed couldn’t be used it was full of roaches. The house needs to be exterminated for the roach problem. The refrigerator smell like fish or something had died in it had to buy bleach and other products to try to clean it but it wasn’t really cool at all so it needs to be checked. It is a nice place but it needs some attention.

We had an excellent experience with our stay. The cabin was clean, well equipped, and was perfect for my entire family of 6 adults and 5 children. Mr. Lloyd was easily reached by phone. No complaints. I'd highly recommend this cabin. I hope to visit again. My husband and I built great memories with my son and his family and with my daughter and her family.

This cabin was super clean and perfect for our family. Having 5 bathrooms was awesome! The view off the back porches was beautiful. Soaking in the hot tub at the end of a long day at Dollywood was great! The location - not too far from either Sevierville or Pigeon Forge made this spot perfect for what we wanted to do. The beds were relatively comfortable, the kitchen nicely stocked with things you would need to cook with, the area was quiet even though cabins were close together. If we come back to Pigeon Forge, this cabin will be the first on our list to check. It was definitely worth the price.

Great vacation, except the air conditioner went out on the top and bottom floor, we had to stay without air conditioner for 2 days and nights.
