Winterstar is a desirable top floor, corner two bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that boasts extra windows making this a very bright spot. The view from the larger balcony is looking out at Tube Town and the Silver Queen Chair.

This great Creekside location just steps from the Silver Queen Chair, Tube Town and the Pond. It's only a quick, 5 minute walk to the village too.
The shared outdoor hot tub in the Wintergreen building in Creekside is open during the ski season. For the summer and bike season, there is one hot tub open in the Creekside complex for all guests to use.
BONUS to our guests staying at this condo: Feel free to use the common room in Shooting Star, the building across the parking lot. It features two sitting areas, a bookshelf full of books, a full kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace. You can spread out and have a get together if you are traveling with other people, or with new friends you may make on your holiday.
Your building, Wintergreen features two coin washing machines/two dryers.

Ski Access: Wintergreen is part of the Creekside complex. A quick walk from the building for great ski in/ski out and access to the nordic trailhead.

This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could just make first tracks in the morning.
Your hosts live at Silver Star, so we can ensure your holiday is everything you expected. We are also available to provide you with our "insider" tips so that you will love Silver Star as much as we do.

Easily accommodated us all and if there’s anything one needs after a day of shredding is comfort, Winterstar offers ample amounts of relaxation. Ideally located for a comfortable and convenient ski holiday. The condo is well stocked and clean and has an amazing view. The best part is how close it is to the ski runs.

The condo was clean, warm, and dry with no nasty surprises. However, there were several areas which could be improved that would provide a much nicer stay experience (and a better review).
Despite being a corner unit with 2 exterior walls with windows, the decor makes the place very dark. Adding to the darkness were burned out light bulbs in the dining area, and light bulbs in the main bedroom that were very dim. A simple change to LED bulbs of the appropriate brightness throughout the place, or at the very least replacing the burned out bulbs and using bulbs of the appropriate wattage, would make it much brighter and more attractive. Refreshing the paint and leopard-print curtains (likely original) with some decent blinds would be even better.
Some basic supplies were not refilled, specifically the spice rack and the hand soap containers in the bathrooms. We have been in a global pandemic for over 2 years now, and the importance of adequate hand-washing supplies should be obvious by now.
The furniture is worn out and long past its lifespan. The pull-out bed in the sofa is extremely uncomfortable and should either be replaced or change the listing to only sleep 4. Only one sheet was provided for the pullout (there were adequate blankets). The carpets are also very tired.
The kitchen was adequate - we bought our meals already prepared, and we were able reheat them and do final prep (like cooking pasta) very nicely. Again, everything needs a little maintenance - pot handles are loose, barely enough flatware for 6, etc.
In summary, the place was warm, dry, quiet, and adequately accommodated us. However, with a bit more care it could be a much nicer overall experience.
