About this house rental
Detached villa consisting of 6 bedrooms including three with a double bed, one with two single beds, and two with a single bed, large dining room overlooking the garden and beach, n 3 bathrooms with shower, garden with barbecue and shower external.

Villa located in front of one of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia
This Villa is located in Perla Marina. Residential area on the sea with exclusive access to the owners or residents of the villas. It is certainly the most beautiful and quiet area of the entire coast of Pula, wide beach with white sand, clear sea that, given the location is not subject to the presence of algae. Ideal location for a family with children. The communion develops on seven parallel avenues that go all to sea, with a single access from S. S. 195 to km 40.000 closed by an electric gate. Short distances are found essential services such as market, fishmonger, butcher, newspapers, tobacconists, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, can also be reached on foot through internal roads.
The beach in front of the house is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. The residence is very quiet and is only 800 meters from a small shopping center with market, butcher, fishmonger, bar, newsagent and pizzeria. We strongly recommend the months of June and September but it is still pleasant even in the middle of summer considering that access to the stretch of beach in front of the house is reserved only for residents of the residence. Possibility to rent MTB and sea kayak.

Final cleaning costs € 350.00 and bed linen and towels rental costs € 2.50 per person per day are not included in the estimate and must be paid in cash upon delivery of the keys.
Available for hire, sports equipment rental (bicycles and sea canoes). I recommend you request this service well in advance.

Fantastic property right on the beach. Not really much could be faulted. If I’m being really picky it could do with a bit of updating, a kettle and toaster would be sensible as all water for tea needed to be boiled in saucepans and there was no grill available. We also had to fill the hot tub ourselves and there were no chemicals as you might expect. It took ages to heat up. Stefan the agent was very helpful and spoke perfect English which was great. There is not much around it other than other holiday homes and although we could have got by without a car, it would have made life quite difficult. All in all though this is a perfect property with direct access to the beach, comfortable living accommodation and within walking distance to limited shops and restaurants. I would definitely go back there if Sardinia was on my visit list again.

Wir (2 Familien mit 6 Kindern) haben 2 Wochen in diesem grosszügigen Ferienhaus direkt am Meer genossen. Die eine Familie hat den oberen Stock, die andere Familie das Erdgeschoss bewohnt. Die Küche im Erdgeschoss ist sehr gut ausgerüstet.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage und hat einen pflanzenreichen Garten mit diversen Terrassen. Über eine Treppe gelangt man direkt zum Sandstrand am sauberen Meer. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind mit dem Auto diverse schöne Badestrände wie auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichbar.
Der Vermieter Stefano ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um seine Gäste. Er hat uns diverse Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants, etc. gegeben. Wir haben - trotz teilweise heftigen Regenfällen - eine wunderbare Zeit in Stefano's Haus vebracht. Mille Grazie!
