Villa Seven Seas is one of the best-kept secrets in the Caribbean. Within the 3-acre grounds, a protected coconut plantation dotted with 200 healthy coconut palms conveys its history and natural beauty. Interior design is lavishly tasteful with the beds piled high with plump pillows and duvets while each of the immaculate bathrooms being chicer than the next. The outdoor Jacuzzi is bubbling, and the long pool will be heated before May. The soft beach, private tennis court, and HD flat-screen televisions keep everyone entertained. Water sports lovers and explorers will delight in the long beach and the live reef 30 feet offshore. For those who like to sit back and relax in the peaceful ambience, naps in the hammock are always a paradise.
Seven Seas is enhanced even more, so it’s exquisite architecture in the Great Room and Dining Room. Pocket doors on triple tracks disappear completely into sidewalls, opening these rooms seamlessly to the vast ocean view and air. Textures of original cut stone, creamy Travertine marble and Jatoba Brazilian Cherry form a handsome backdrop for the chic new furnishings. Custom lighting systems and original art add world-class to the clean, crisp interiors.
You will treasure and remember your dining experience forever at this remarkably magical Jamaican villa. The inside dining room features a rare tree trunk table for 10, a single thick slice from a local Tamarind tree. (This table is one of the most photographed features of Seven Seas). Low poolside tables are great for kids’ dinners, cooked to order and served prior to parents’ dinners.
The piece de resistance of your dining experience in Seven Seas is the candlelight dinners on the new 400-sq-ft beachfront pavilion under a thatched roof, made magic by long cushioned banquettes, quadraphonic sound and the lights of town sparkling across the bay.
If you've left your dogs behind while you take a vacation, be advised that Seven Seas is home to our two beloved dogs. They are totally friendly and will romp with you in the yard and run with you on the beach.
STAFF When you stay at Seven Seas, you will be personally cared for by The Villa’s own cook, housekeeper, laundress, gardener and night watchman. You will feel welcomed and pampered throughout your stay. On the beach, or by the pool, the staff will be on hand to look after your every need and ensure your comfort at all times.
Accommodations
Each room includes an individual volume control for the multi-speaker satellite radio sound system that feeds that area. All bedrooms feature state-of-the-art remote control quiet air conditioning, high-quality linens, HD flat-screen televisions, ceiling fans, and en-suite bathrooms with marble vanities and rainfall showers.
Seven Seas accommodates 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Three more children are welcome for a small additional fee (US$250 per child per week). One pack 'n' play is complimentary.

We all had a great time at the Seven Seas Villa, Mammee Bay. The Staff, each was attentive, approachable, polite, we all enjoyed their company. Denise knew what would be a good daily menu. The grocery billing was very easy and the pre-estimated total was right on. Our meals were fresh and tasty. And the grandkids loved the ringing of the dinner bell.
Trevor provided our requested tennis lessons. The court is in good shape, and we used it numerous times. Jerome/Jerry was our driver for the week. He was polite, very sociable with all of us, and was available anytime.
We enjoyed the pool and spa every day, and spent hours in the ocean with the brown Labs Rio and Rummy. Lots of fun, and our two grandsons actually snorkeled along the small reef, down toward Bamboo Blu. This small protected reef is perfect for beginners, there are no strong currents or waves. Denise makes the best Jamaica rum punch. Thank you for your hard work and we will stay in touch in regards to future vacation rentals.

This is the most beautiful, luxurious villa. It was very clean and the staff took amazing care of us. One thing that would have helped with our planning would have been knowing the mandatory tip amount and grocery estimation in my initial price point estimate. We also had a small problem with the night security trying to get a little too friendly with my 22 year old daughter, but I reported it and they handled it immediately and sent us a huge gift basket and flowers.
Denise the head of the villa was very nice and all the meals were perfect. She even customized for our picky eaters. The pool and hot tub were a favorite of ours. They were both perfect. They also had a supply of sunscreen for us which was convenient.
We hope to be able to visit again soon. Jamaica is a beautiful country with friendly people and this was an incredible place to stay.

I had the most unforgettable stay with my friends…the staff were amazing and the location was fantastic! Emma and Noreen at Exceptional Villas were outstanding. We will definitely be back soon.
