    Recently stayed with multi-generational family (8 people) in the hotel's "Family Room". The staff was amazing - super helpful, kind, and responsive. We loved the location - it is about 15/20 minutes to Old San Juan in the mountains - Cacao. The kids loved swimming in the pool and the room left us enough rooms to set up games to play in the evening. The shower pressure wasn't great but everything was clean and met our expectations!

    Quiet villa, small room, spacious bathroom, everything clean and well maintained, nice staff. Wish they had more toiletries, the tub to be heated and location a bit more centric, but it helps with the quietness.
