About this apartment rental
Our unit is just steps away (no streets to cross) from the expansive Wildwood Crest beach with excellent ocean views from the third floor balcony and master bedroom. Our unit is freshly painted, newly furnished, decorated and equipped with three flat screen LED TVs. There is of course complimentary Wi-Fi internet access as well. All three bedrooms have new carpet and the remaining flooring is either hardwood or tile. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, a coffee maker which offers the convenience of single serve or carafe brew, blender, waffle maker, dishwasher and toaster oven. The bedrooms/sofa sleeper are very comfortable and combine to sleep a total of 10 guests. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed, master bath and direct access to the balcony and ocean views. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom #3 has two sets of bunk beds and a crib. There is an additional queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The balcony has a new outdoor conversation set with enough seating for 5/6 comfortably. Our unit also has a utility room with washer and dryer. The unit is child friendly and is the perfect location to make family memories for a lifetime.
Other amenities include central air conditioning, a building elevator, two off street covered parking spaces, two community gas grills, bicycle rack, and outdoor shower to wash away the sand.
The Mare Bella complex is conveniently located in close proximity to not only the beach, but Wildwood's famous boardwalk. A little known fact: there are more amusement rides on Wildwood's three piers and two water parks than in Disney World! Shops, games, and food are abundant on Wildwood's 1.85 mile boardwalk. There is something for everyone. Biking is encouraged prior to 11 AM daily with multiple bike rental shops close by (or bring your own).
Wildwood Crest is often hailed as 'The Dolphin Capital' with frequent sightings close to the beach. If you want more, the neighboring town of Cape May has several Dolphin/Whale cruises --- a must do! Restaurants are plentiful in 'the Crest' as well with multiple, excellent authentic cuisines.
We'll see you at the beach where family memories are awaiting you.

The condo was perfect for our vacation. We were just steps from the beach, had enough room to be together, but also have some space. My favorite part may have been the balcony. The check in process couldn’t have been easier. We were very happy here. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

The condo was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. We used the outside grill to make steaks one night. 4 generations from ages 2 to 89 stayed with us, and the easy access from the elevator was great for all. When we got locked out once, the owner responded immediately and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was clean and close to the beach.It was not in the description when we booked, but they provide no linens or towels at all and did not inform of this until the week of our stay. For various reasons this was extremely inconvenient and expensive for us. As a mom of young kids it’s not a vacation for me to have to go out and buy everything the rental is supposed to provide, do extra laundry/packing and make all the beds in the condo, not to mention the tear down & clean up to go home. Lastly, the communication about check in was chaotic. They were very vague about how to access the stairwell and seemed to not have the process streamlined at all. In addition, they only give you one key to the stairwell, so adults were always getting locked out and someone would have to run down and let them in or wait in the parking lot if we were doing separate activities and didn’t get back to the condo at the same time. Not enjoyable and again added extra hassle that I haven’t experienced with Vrbo rentals.All in all, there are better places to rent that have more experience in hospitality and I recommend choosing somewhere else.
