About this house rental
This three story Town home, located just steps from the Beach, is a perfect retreat for family and friends. It has amazing views of the ocean from two separate decks. Its great for sunrise walks, and sunset dinners. Its walking distance to many restaurants, miniature golfing, bike trails, bird watching, parks, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, and the Bay. It has access to a private pool, a picnic area, outside shower, and free beach access.
It can sleep 10 comfortably. It has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. A Master bedroom with a Master bathroom is located on the third floor, along with two other bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The second floor has a fully stocked Kitchen, a dining area, a living room , a laundry room and a half bathroom.
The ground floor has another bedroom with a full bathroom and a walk out to a patio sitting area.
It has a two car garage, with ample storage for all your bikes and beach chairs.
It has a large deck off of the living area with a large gas grill, and dining area.
It has a smaller intimate deck off the master suite. Both decks have a great view of the ocean.
The ground floor has a patio with views of the ocean as well.
It has free WiFi, five smart TVs, and a DVD player.
The town home is available to rent on a weekly basis during the summer season, and for a minimum of three nights during the off season.
The town home is part of a small community of condos . Everyone is very friendly and accommodating.

Great property in Diamond Beach. There in “off season” so very quiet and peaceful. Our host Ann checked in to be sure we were happy and had no questions. Would definitely rent again without hesitation.

Beautiful view and location! The house was large enough for the seven of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. We loved having the garage to store our beach chairs etc. The beds weren’t that comfortable and the house could use some upgrades, but overall it was a great week! The owner was very accessible.

We had an amazing week. The house was steps from the beach. Here is a list of all the great things about the house: Located close to Cape May and the Wildwood boardwalk The beach was so nice and cleanOpen floor plan with lots of space for the whole family2 car garage so no worries about parking Garage was stocked with beach toys For the kidsOwners were great and responsive to all questions. My only other comment was the bed in the Master was so hard we had to sleep in another room. That might just be us.
