Two-roomed sea view, resort Cala Sinzias (Castiadas), sleeps 4; beach 300 m away, within walking distance.
The house is an independent building for exclusive use, with private access from the parcel road, located inside a lot that houses the mansion, in a raised and panoramic position, with sea view and private greenery.
Arrangement:
Living / dining room with full cooking area (oven, fridge, sink, dishes and cutlery, excluding dishwasher), extendable dining table, TV, fold-out double sofa bed.
Double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and bed armchair, with weekly linens change; Large bathroom complete with set of towels, shower, hot water tank, hair dryer and washing machine.
Level terrace with covered covered loggia where you can eat and stay; external shower in secluded position with water c / f.
Air conditioning in room and living room.
Not accessible for wheelchairs.

Famiglia di quattro persone, soggiorno di una settimana a fine agosto 2017. La villetta è davvero carinissima! E’ dotata dei principali comfort e di arredi nuovissimi, moderni e funzionali . E’ spaziosa e gode di un’ottima posizione: tranquillità, vista mare dalla camera , spiaggia di Cala Sinzias raggiungibile comodamente a piedi in tre minuti, parcheggio auto immediatamente fuori dal cancello di casa, supermercato e ristoranti a pochi minuti d’auto. Gradevolissima e arieggiata la veranda esterna, dotata di tavolo, sedie e doccia con acqua calda . Gentilissimi i proprietari che con molta discrezione sono stati sempre disponibili e pieni di attenzioni. In auto si raggiungono agevolmente le meravigliose spiagge tra Villasimius e Costa Rei. Non possiamo che consigliarla a tutti. Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornarci!
