Private: large garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees. Outdoor shower. 100 m long bumpy motor access. Parking at the house. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 600 m, bus stop "sp 19 pizzeria su tostoini" 700 m, railway station "Cagliari" 60 km, ferry "Cagliari" 60 km, sandy beach "San Pietro" 300 m. Nearby attractions: Costa Rei 5 km, Villasimius 8 km, Cagliari 60 km. Please note: car recommended.
