About this villa rental
Located on the edge of a village on 5000 m² of enclosed land with vineyards and olive trees, beautiful contemporary house of 120 m² built in 2005.
On the ground floor, the living room and the kitchen open onto the terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, a bedroom with two twin beds (2 X 90 cm) and shower room, 2 separate toilets.
Upstairs: a mezzanine with a library TV lounge and a bedroom with 2 twin beds (2 X 90 cm), shower room and separate WC.
Outside: covered terrace, barbecue, summer kitchen, private swimming pool (bromine, 10x5), jacuzzi, garden, garage; all in a small village of 500 inhabitants, with amenities (bar restaurant, grocery store, post office, wine cellar). The whole village is surrounded by scrubland and Mediterranean forest. Altitude from 90m to 480m

We enjoyed a superb week at this villa, it was well equipped, spotlessly clean with a fantastic swimming pool and garden. The hosts were helpful and welcoming but discreet. The area has plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling and it is within easy driving distance to the coast. We will definitely return.

Une belle propriété nichée dans le petit village de Cabrières. La maison est très bien équipée pour six personnes et l’espace extérieur avec la piscine parfait pour un séjour inoubliable.
Les hôtes sont particulièrement attachés à bien vous recevoir.

We spent a week at this Villa in Cabrieres. It is comfortable and well equipped and with good weather, which we had, the pool was wonderful. The owners, Francoise and Daniel, could not have been more helpful and were perfect hosts. The village has a small supermarket where you can buy bread and basic foodstuffs and is only 200 m walk. The restaurant in the village is now unfortunately closed but there are many more in the villages closeby. The scenery is lovely and there are many walks from the village. Cabrieres is a great centre for day trips into the surrounding area which is very beautiful. Do not forget to try the wine at co-operative next door!
