Individually equipped on 72 m², the apartment Ocean Drive ensures the guest a fantastic holiday on the Baltic Sea. The light-flooded duplex apartment shines through a beach near location and a balcony in south-west location. In about 200 meters is already the Baltic Sea beach. Various cafes, restaurants and the beautiful Niendorf harbor are just a few minutes walk away.

Of course you should not miss your faithful four-legged friend even on holiday. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to extensive Gassi tours. Timmendorfer beach, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches, where your dog can let off steam.
Season beach chair included & sauna
On the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea is available during the Strandkorbsaison weather from 15 05. - 15. 09. a beach chair free of charge. For relaxation after the sauna, which you can use for a fee.

The maisonette apartment offers 3 rooms pure relaxation in a beach location. Large window fronts let a lot of light into the apartment and thus ensure a cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Furthermore, the dining area seats 4 people. From the living room you can reach the south-west facing balcony with garden furniture. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor. In the open gallery area there are two single beds (0.90 wide) and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. In the separate bedroom serves a comfortable double bed (1.80 width) as a bed, a flat screen TV for entertainment and a dresser for storage space. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds for a comfortable sleeping comfort. The modern bathroom has a large comfort shower and a toilet. In addition, a safe keeps your valuables safe.

Obwohl die Wohnung ausreichende Wohnfläche hat, ist der Schnitt mangelhaft. Schlafräume oben, Badezimmer unten. Die Treppe sehr eng, so dass wir für unsere Hunde immer die Außentreppe nutzen mussten.

Die Wohnung ist neu, sauber, gut eingerichtet und liegt günstig. In dem Haus wurden laute Handwerksarbeiten (Beseitigung Wasserschaden ???) durchgeführt, allerdings erst ab 9 Uhr. Die Handwerker warteten so lang, super! Zwei kleinere Mankos: Der Balkon war nicht wirklich gemütlich und in der Beschreibung bestimmten die Zimmer und Ebenen-Anzahl nicht. Im beschreibenden Text und in den Fotos wurde die Situation (steile Wendeltreppe)allerdings korrekt wiedergegeben.

Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung verlief, ebenso wie das Ein- und Auschecken, total unproblematisch. Das Wohngebäude von außen, in 2. Reihe vom Strand, schäbig. Der Hausflur schäbig, kalt und ungemütlich. Die Wohnung allerdings super schön und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Die Betten knarren und knarzen leider ... nichts für Hellhörige!
Der Fliesenleger hat im Gegensatz zum Elektriker super Arbeit geleistet! Durch die Steckdosen pfeift der Wind!
Entsprechend der Reinigungskosten, hätte ich erwartet, dass beim Putzen auch nach oben (Spinnweben) geschaut wird und auch die Couchpolster, in deren Ritze ich leider fasste und wirklich jede Menge Strandsand in den Händen hatte, gereinigt werden. Die Dusche im Bad ist leider auch undicht!
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung wirklich schön und die Lage perfekt. In zwei Minuten am Strand, in 5 Minuten am Hafen und beim Bäcker. Viele Spielplätze, Vogelpark und Sea Life in unmittelbarer Nähe, nach Lübeck 20 Minuten.
Perfekt für Familinurlaub und Romantiker!
