The Carpe Diem 203 vacation rental is located on the top floor of a very well-maintained apartment complex in an excellent location, less than 100 meters from the Baltic Sea beach and the promenade. The quaint Niendorf Harbor, with its lively atmosphere and the most delicious fish sandwiches far and wide, is right next door. It has everything a vacationer could want, whether restaurants or cafés, a newsstand or a coffee roastery, bike rentals or an adventure playground, boat tours or a summer movie theater on the open beach. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available at the bakery around the corner, and the legendary Beach Kiosk 8 is practically right outside the door.
With two bedrooms—one featuring a double bed (180x200) and the other a single bed with a pull-out (160x200)—the vacation rental plenty of space for up to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation right by the beach. You’ll find a combined living and dining area with a sofa, an armchair, TV, and Wi-Fi, a dining area, and an adjoining kitchen with two stovetops, a microwave with baking function, and a small tabletop dishwasher. The sunny balcony is furnished with a small table and 2 chairs and is accessible from the living room. Enjoy the magnificent panoramic view. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200), a wardrobe, and a TV. The small bedroom has a single bed that can be pulled out to form a double bed (160x200). The[nbsp] shower room is contemporary and modern. The apartment includes a designated outdoor parking space. The elevator goes up to the 6th floor; from there, the top floor can be reached by stairs. The well-maintained residential complex features elevators, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, and a bicycle storage room. There is a playground for younger guests.
For relaxation, the swimming pool—with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea—and the sauna, located on the top floor of the adjacent building, are available free of charge during operating hours. Please note that the sauna is only open from Friday through Sunday and on holidays. The swimming pool is closed in November due to maintenance work.
