The well-kept residential complex in which the apartment is located is about 1000 m from the center and the beach. Here you will find peace and quiet far away from the tourist hustle and bustle and yet you can reach the center in about 15 minutes on foot. The train station and shops are just around the corner. Perfect for traveling by train!

2 rooms with separate sleeping area, living room and kitchen offer space for 4 guests. Large windows create a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a large LED TV. The second sleeping area is a comfortable sofa bed with three pull-out elements (each 0.80 cm wide) in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom with a shower and a toilet completes the beautiful apartment.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 LED TV with cable connection in the living room invites to exciting movie evenings. In the sleeping area there is another LED TV with smart and WiFi function. W-Lan access is also part of the entertainment.
