About this apartment rental
Encosta da Marina is a new complex in a desirable location only a few minutes from the Marina, the beach and the town of Lagos.
This apartment is superbly located only a few hundred meters from the Marina de Lagos with its lively selection of bars, cafes and restaurants. It's also only a short stroll to the supermarket and the beach. This spacious 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment includes Fibre WiFi and is fully air-conditioned with a large balcony. A perfect holiday apartment for families or couples.
From the front entrance of the apartment block there are about 5 steps up to the front door of the apartment, once inside to the right is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and all modern appliances, there is a door out from the kitchen onto the terrace.
The living area is large and airy with a spacious lounge and a dining table and 6 chairs, there is a large sofa bed and a large 4K Smart TV with thousands of different TV channels from around the world. The living area has patio doors leading out to the large balcony with an an outside table and chairs to seat 6 people. From the balcony you can see over towards the pool area, Marina and town of Lagos.
There are 2 bedrooms the Master suite has a king sized bed and the twin bedroom has 2 beds, the en-suite has a bath and over head shower. There is a second bathroom with shower.
The pool area is lovely with a large pool surrounded by sun loungers, a lawned area for children to play and a children's pool. There are also toilet and shower facilities by the pool.
The apartment is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a few minutes walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.
In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianised streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.
Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable apartment. It is well equipped, spotlessly clean and located in a quiet and well managed development. The Marina, beach, old town and Pingo Doce are all within easy walking distance. The excellent outside space was a particular bonus enabling us to make the most of very pleasant weather both during the day and in the evening. Rob and Allison proved to be excellent hosts. Quick to communicate and helpfully responsive to the one minor issue we encountered. We intend to return.Thank you Rob and Allison.

Fantastic place to stay, clean, spacious, walking distance to restraunt , train station and 10 minutes from grocery store. Ptoperty had all your needs. Would reccommend and definately stay again

We loved this apartment. Great location and pool was really nice. Apartment had everything you could need, comfy beds and lovely balconies. We will definitely be back
