About this apartment rental
A spacious 100 m2 apartment in a private, secure condominium located 5 minutes' walk from Meia Praia beach and the Marina.
The Marina Has various cafes, bars, restaurants at the water's edge and it is the starting point for various nautical activities, such as a catamaran trip, excursion to meet the dolphins, visits to the caves ...
The lively historic city center is a 10-minute walk away, with its typical Algarve streets and squares, which has a large selection of cafes, shops, beaches, bars and restaurants.
The house is also very close to a super market (Pingo Doce 10 min walk).
The house can accommodate four people with a master suite with a private bathroom with bath and toilet.
Terrace and direct access to the swimming pool (collective).
Also having a large living room dining room with two sofas (sleeping) and fireplace, with local TV, DVD player, stereo, internet access (wifi), overlooking the terrace with barbecue facing the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, large fridge with a freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils and with a secure balcony.
The accommodation also has a second bathroom with shower WC
Gas heating is present in all the different rooms.
It is perfectly located for vacationers without a vehicle because it is close to everything and for those with a vehicle, a closed underground car park is available.
Lagos is a peaceful, pleasant town with beautiful beaches and many magnificent viewpoints such as the Ponta da Piedade with its superb waters and golden cliffs.
The Algarve coast is splendid and if you have time several cities are close and worth visiting like Sagres, Carvoeiro, Albufeira, Tavira, Aljezur, Odeceixe ...
(For your information, the property's swimming pool will be under construction until the end of April, however the beaches are accessible a few steps away, such as Meia Praia beach, Dona Ana, Praia da Batata, Praia do Camilo, Porto de Mos)

A very clean apartment, both inside and outside in the seating area. A dishwasher has obviously helped previous guests to leave the crockery very clean and it was appreciated that dishwasher and washing machine detergent was available. We also appreciated that there was a good selection of cooking essentials (oil, vinegar, salt pepper etc) on hand. A very comfy and homely interior and the communal area was immaculately clean. The pool area is lovely and in October this year, we enjoyed lots of sunbathing and swimming. Would love to return!

Pool area was clean , with the use the apartment own sunbeds, the pool is very cold though , but nice and peaceful. The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped

Wow, what can I say… we had an amazing stay, such a lovely, large, well appointed apartment.It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could ask for. We loved the gate that opened out into the pool.Anthony was fabulous and made the check in process very smooth. He was so informative and thank you for the bottle of wine Anthony.

We have been to Lagos for the last 15 years and know the area, so knew location of apartment was perfect. However scaffolding was in front of property for entire holiday. We were given a monetary compensation which was fair. However the BBQ was filthy and not fit to use. And we had to deep clean sun loungers belonging to the apartment. Just not what we expected. However Lagos is a great place to stay
