"Clean pool. Easy check-in. 24/7 reception. I forgot my key inside the room one time, and there was always someone to assist. Daily housekeeping. Friendly staff."

Excellent poolside room - had everything you need
Shame no breakfast available. Terrible soundproofing - can hear everything on adjoining rooms!!

Great location, great value, everything I needed
The pool sunbeds are right opposite the pool access rooms and so there isn't much privacy without closing the curtains

Staff, location, very clean - pride ownership

The best part of the hotel is the pool. It’s a luxury during the hot days in Chiang Rai.
The hotel is old and tired. So as much as the staff keep it clean the mish mash of wood, lino and ageing building makes it feel scruffy. The rooms need a complete refurbishment. However, it is cheap and location to the East gate is perfect for the night market. We also loved the food market a few minutes walk from the hotel.
