Overall the stay was great. We loved that our condo was oceanfront and so close to everything we needed. The condo was clean and what we needed for our stay. The only recommendation I have is more dumbbells, kettlebells etc. in the workout room if it’s something that is offered as an amenity. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for the week.

Once we figured out the cable box in the living room the place was excellent. A bigger tv in the 2nd bedroom would be better for playing video games on or watching movies. Everything was great and we would rent from this same owner again.

The unit was very clean and in a good location! We also loved the space for our family of 4. We had a little problem with entering the elevator area from the parking garage, but we got it resolved, and it was not the owner’s fault (the battery on the key pad was dead). The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, and the balcony space was wonderful! Some aspects of the unit could use some updating, but overall it is well-maintained. I would recommend this unit to other families who want to visit Daytona Beach Shores!

Under normal conditions the condo would be great! However, these are NOT normal conditions. The building construction is major concrete renovations. It is so loud - to be inside or on the deck you need to wear noise canceling headphones. Working remotely and relaxing on vacation was next to impossible. Unfortunately right now the condo should not be allowed to be rented. When the construction is over - we would definitely recommend.
