Treat yourself to a private getaway in the southern Catskills! Our light-filled house is designed for entertaining, with a fully-stocked kitchen and a huge deck with a bbq grill in back. There is a rocky creek great for wading just behind the large yard. A five-minute drive takes you to Livingston Manor, the most up-and-coming spot in the Catskills, with first-rate dining, shopping, breweries and outdoor activities. The Willowemoc Creek, known for its world class fly fishing, is even closer.

This home is comfortable, quirky, rustic, elegant, fun, very clean, remote yet acessible to town. We were attending a family reunion held at a different property. We were about 15 minutes away. In Livingston Manor almost everything is at least 15 minutes away.
We loved having a place to go to chill and rest up for the festivities. The outdoor deck with fire stove was a perfect spot to relax and listen to the stream.
The owner readily responded to any questions or clarifications. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great week in the house in Livingston Manor, the kids enjoyed the creek, we relaxed by the firepit, went hiking and visited town on several occations.

Our family stayed in Karina’s house for 6 weeks this summer and it was absolutely perfect. The yard, the creek, the clean and spacious home. We are so grateful. Absolutely book this house — it’s even nicer in person. Fully stocked with everything we could have needed.
