About this villa rental
This stately 5,600 square foot Spanish style Villa has all the amenities for a wonderful family gathering. The main floor large living area includes 4 bedrooms, a queen anteroom, and 3 full baths. Each master suite has a new comfy king size mattress and is equipped with large smart TV's. The other bedrooms feature new scrumptious queen and/or new soft firm extra long twin beds and are likewise equipped with smart TV's. Day beds and trundle beds throughout accommodate various family sleeping arrangements. More than enough to comfortably sleep 8.
The main kitchen and dining room leads to a pergola style veranda complete with stunning Gulf views.
The first floor has two bedrooms, a queen and king, with smart TV's and a full bath. This pool side area also has a full kitchen, comfortable couches and plenty of seating around the pool table for a relaxed dining experience. This fun, wonderful space can be separated for smaller groups focusing on Pickleball and the beach, yet it is not available to groups other than the main Villa guests along with their associates coterminously. Consult with management when the smaller venue is available.
At one time, the pool with volley ball net/court and the twin spa's nestled in lush tropical gardens was the main attraction. Most recently, that premier status has given way to the ever popular Pickleball court along side the beach. Simply pay the resort fee and Pickleball at the beach can be yours!
There remains the popular fire pit (who's gonna question fire pits in the tropics lol) and a large picnic table seating 8 for true gulfside dining.

The location of this property is absolutely the best! There were some things that could use updated in the house, including replacing lightbulbs and general maintenance but overall it is a great place. We were disappointed that the pool pump was not working when we arrived and although they came out several time while we were there it never did work as it should. Other than those things, it was an amazing time and we thoroughly enjoyed the property.

The Casa Bonita is a beautiful getaway!!! The sunsets are breathtaking. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and its direct access to the beach. Meal times around the large table and evening movie time were priceless. If you enjoy shelling, this is the place to be. Sitting in the hot tub, listening to the waves and the tropical breeze, melted all our cares away. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

Perfect home for our family vacation. Absolutely incredible beach and pool experience and we were so comfortable all together in the house with 11 of us including kids! The only negative is this house now spoiled us on our beach experience! We will certainly be back. Thank you so much!

My review is similar to Megan O above. The beach is fantastic and the backyard pool/spa area is very nice. However, the house itself, while generously sized, is way overdue for a major remodel and even some basic maintenance work. Besides a few kitchen appliances, pretty much everything else appears decades old and is showing its age. The bathrooms, for instance, looked and functioned as though they were from 1988.
[I know the owner may dispute this but we too noticed a roof leak during a downpour (water dripping thru ceiling of upstairs deck onto patio furniture) and the gutters are falling apart. I don't know that I would blow that off as "not a problem" if it were my house.]
Regardless, in summary the property is well-located right on the beach and has a nice pool but the house itself has been neglected for years and is well overdue for repairs and updating. We loved the local area and the outdoor space but were disappointed the house wasn't as nice as we had hoped.
