Welcome to Casa Bella, a beautifully restored Gulf-front estate in the heart of Redington Beach. This spectacular two-story beachfront home offers more than 5,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, with five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and room for up to 12 guests.
With direct beach access, expansive Gulf views, a private pool, hot tub and multiple spaces for gathering, Casa Bella is designed for unforgettable family vacations and group beach getaways.
Casa Bella has recently undergone meticulous hurricane restoration and is ready to welcome guests to a refreshed, resilient and beautiful coastal retreat.
Ground-Level Living and Poolside Convenience
The ground level offers a comfortable layout with direct access to the pool deck and Gulf views.
This floor includes:
- Bedroom one: Two twin beds
- First primary suite: King-size bed, shared full bathroom and sliding glass doors leading to the pool deck
- Full bathroom with separate soaking tub and walk-in shower
- Comfortable living area with plush sectional, Smart TV, pool views and Gulf views
- Half bathroom for added convenience
- Casual dining table for four guests
- Laundry area with a built-in kitchenette for drinks and light poolside meals

Our family of 8 stayed at Casa Bella the week after Christmas. We had parents, 3 grown daughters, 2 grandkids and one of our daughter's fiancé. In general, we liked the house, would go back. But there were a couple of issues that should have been fixed, but were not. the two sinks in the master bedroom on the 2nd floor backed up. they were sort of usable, if you waited for the water to go down. A couple days into our stay, the dryer in the laundry room stopped heating. It would run, but with no heat. I asked for a small refund for these inconveniences, but received no reply. WK Columbus, OH

Quick response time when I had questions. Beautiful older home, plenty of room for our group of 9 celebrating a milestone birthday. Blessed with great weather as well. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of dishes and glassware. Beautiful decks and pool with great views and access to the beach.

Rental company - OUTSTANDING and very responsive.Kitchen - I love it when places don't clear out everything and you have basic spices and you aren't stuck purchasing a random bit of garlic powder or something.Pool- Was beautiful. It wasn't working properly with a filter or heater. The management company did refund my pool heat charge...That was nice!Lower level was brand new and just redone. The furniture was a bit lower quality than I would anticipate for a home of this quality.Upper level - Its dated. Real dated. Mirrors everywhere. Mirrors on the ceiling. Some places have wallpaper on the ceiling. It's...Interesting.Dining room - Folding chairs? Really? It is functional, but not exactly the look I want in my dining room. Rental or not.Garage - packed full of everything. Very awkward to walk through with so much of the homeowners stuff...Including their car.Overall, the house was EXTREMELY clean.We booked late and there were not a lot of beach front homes available, so I don't regret staying here, but I would stay somewhere else next time. This house was a bit...unique for my taste. The management company always was responsive, which was a good thing...We had a lot of questions.
