Holiday was good - hotel could have been better

The location was great

Some Staff were very rude and didn’t care. WiFi didn’t work and we were told it must be our phones. Wouldn’t let us have ice as we were not all inclusive. We still had a good holiday but some of the staff need to have some customer service training

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to everything. Nice view from the hotel room of the pool and beach.

The room is very small. The room were not cleaned during the stay, only towels were changed and beds made. Better cleaning service is really needed.

Breakfast was good.

Location was terrible. Room was facing the boardwalk, very loud from crowds and the clubs at night, children's events with loud music outside our room. Staff was very rude. Everything in the room was broken or falling apart. The hotel ran out of soap.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Room was cramped and pokey, was not cleaned once our entire stay. Towels were changed daily (we made the bed), tea/coffee not replenished, nor was shampoo etc, room was not swept or cleaned nor bin emptied. Breakfast was a free for all to find a seat and packed, selection of food was OK, but quality was not good either.

Disappointing: nearby night clubs could make vacation unpleasant.

Hotel itself is alright, staff is friendly and trying to help. Rooms and facilities are clean. There are moderate size attractions for kids: small playground and softplay room.

There are 3 noisy night clubs just outside of the hotel territory, which is a huge disappointment for the family vacation -- parties there are loud and happen on a daily basis till 1-2am. Bass sound could be heard in the room even with the balcony door closed. The food in the hotel restaurant is okay, but nothing exciting there. Coffee machine is dirty and drips coffee after getting hot water. Smoking is allowed everywhere in the pool area, which is rather disappointing.

Although booked twin room with balcony, the reception checked us in to room without balcony and one king size bed. Asked for a change, the staff refused saying that hotel is full (which was not true), reception manager was not willing to help. After long discussion we finally got the room, as booked. Wifi in the room worked with breaks. Sunbeds and umbrella on hotel beach 10 EUR, even for hotel guests. Parking charge

Newly renovated apartments. Location was good - very close to the sea which is very very clean and beautiful

- It felt like a very old fashion hotel from 90s even though the actual room was very nicely repaired. - nothing to eat for the breakfast apart from eggs and fruits, and coffee was terrible - 4 starts hotel can’t offer coffee from beans?! - staff on the reception was ok but cleaning lady doesn’t even know the meaning of the sign “do not disturb” on the door! And doesn’t understand a word in English; - check the location before you go - Budva is not the best place, I’d rather pay more next time and stay for example in Sveti Stefan; - hotel probably could be given 3 stars maximum, but definitely not 4.

The room was very nice and was a surprise because the surrounding area was a bit tatty. The main swimming pool area was of a good size with ample sunbeds available although the sit wasn't particularly busy.

The breakfasts were not of a very good quality and mainly based on european tastes.

Wir hatten KEINE Zudecke im Zimmer. Das haben wir nach Uhr 22.00 bemerkt. Der Nachtportier war nicht in der Lager Ersatz zu beschaffen, weil das Housekeeping schon Feierabend hatte. Also das Zimmer mit großem Mangel und das Personal hat es nicht geschafft dem abzuhelfen. Das war SEHR schlecht

Prosoapele și lenjeria puteau fi mai curate. Deși au fost schimbate la fiecare 2 zile, erau pătate și nu miroseau frumos. Mâncarea la micul dejun a fost la fel în fiecare zi dar a fost destul de diversă, asa că am putut diversifica de la o zi la alta. Personalul a fost ok, serviabil, prietenos.

Lepa soba, velika, tudi odlična kopalnica, dobra lokacija, do plaže. Prijazno osebje. Čista soba. Nizke hiške, park, okolica, odlično.

Lahko bi bil lep hotel, če bi bil bolje vzdrževan. Manjka samo malo investicije, časa in dela, pa bi bilo super. Na bazenu stvari razpadajo, ne funkcionirajo. Zajtrk povprečen. Zelo slab wifi.

Die Lage des Hotels ist recht gut, sowohl der Strand als auch die Altstadt Budva sind nahe bzw. gut erreichbar.

Dass die Pools um 1800 schließen, ist inakzeptabel, wenngleich das beim Größeren offenbar nur formal ist und man auch noch kurz vor 1900 schwimmen konnte. Aber auch 1900 ist im Hochsommer eigtl. inakzeptabel. Die Sauberkeit könnte auch besser sein. Am Boden lag ein Stück eines Kartoffelchips, was bei einer ordentlichen Reinigung definitiv nicht vorkommen dürfte. Die Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt. Ob der Rezeptionist tatsächlich so unfreundlich ist, oder es nur der Eindruck aufgrund geringer Englischkenntnisse ist, ist schwer zu beurteilen.

Erittäin onnistunut lomaelämys!

Olimme Hotel Aleksandarissa 21.–23.6. ja kokemus oli kaikin puolin erinomainen. Sijainti on loistava – vain muutama askel rannalle. Huone oli siisti, ja iso parveke toi mukavaa lisätilaa. Hotellin ruoat olivat maistuvia, ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Uima-allasalue oli viihtyisä ja hyvin hoidettu. Hotellin baarissa oli Milonga ;) Kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin hyvä kokemus, voimme lämpimästi suositella!

Ainoa pieni miinus oli, että hotellin ravintolasta ei saanut kahvia muulloin kuin aamiaisella – kahvi piti hakea erikseen baarista. Olisi mukavaa, jos kahvia olisi tarjolla myös lounaan tai päivällisen yhteydessä.

Отель хороший. Но в Черногории много курящих. Курят - везде. Общественные пляжи - замусорены.

Завтрак понравился. Чисто. Уборка осуществляется каждый день. Вся установленная в номере техника (телевизор, кондиционер, электрочайник, телефон) работала.

1. Сейф - небольшого размера, 15-дюймовый ноутбук не поместился :( 2. Внутри одной из частей отеля (Villa Pinea) есть небольшой бассейн. Вокруг этого бассейна - более 10 гнёзд ласточек. При входе в зону бассейна размещены правила поведения в зоне бассейна. В зоне бассейна курение ЗАПРЕЩЕНО. Но фактически очень много курящих людей. Они курят, не обращая внимание на детей, купающихся и загорающих у бассейна. В некоторые дни сотрудники отеля, несмотря на запрет курения, сами расставляли пепельницы на столиках у бассейна, тем самым поощряя курящих. Отель позиционирует себя как современный, экологичный, заботящийся о природе. Но курящие люди вынудят ласточек покинуть свои гнёзда. Дым от сигарет может показаться ласточкам предвестником пожара и они покинут гнёзда, бросив своих птенцов... Надо спасти детей и ласточек от курящих гостей отеля. Рекомендация для отеля: - разместить на всех столиках вокруг бассейна дополнительные таблички с знаками запрета курения; - менеджеру спортзала, окна которого обращены на бассейн, регулярно делать замечания курящим и добиваться выполнения правил поведения в зоне бассейна, написанных и утверждённых руководством отеля.

השירות היה גרוע, לא תמיד עונים בקבלה,וגם שמבקשים שרות לוקח להם זמן להגיע,המקרר לא קירר,היה חסר קומקום חשמלי בחדר, הניקיון היה על הפנים,הוואפי הוא דרך הטלויזיה היה טוב ופתאום החליפו לנו סיסמא, ביקשנו עוד 2 כריות הביאו ואחרי יומיים לקחו,הכספת ננעלה לנו בערב הם אמרו שירות רק בבוקר ואם היתה לנו טיסה באמצע הלילה,והדרכונחם שם ,מסוכן בדרך כלל אנו נוחים מאוד פשוט היו הרבה דברים קטנים ומעצבנים שלא ניתקלתי בחיים אנו מטיילים הרבה בעולם,וזה קלקל את החופשה, המלצה לא להזמין.

Este imposibil sa dormi cu geamurile deschise din cauza galaciei pe care o fac tinerii pana dimineata! Daca poti dormi cu aerul conditionat deschis, atunci e ok pentru ca izolarea fonica e buna! Problema vine din faptul ca aleele complexului sunt folosite de oricine din afara pentru a ajunge de la plaja spre oras, deci toata noaptea trec tineri dinspre cluburi spre cazare.

To już nie ta Czarnogóra sprzed lat.

Kubatura hotelu w formie mini miasteczka rewelacyjna, dużo zieleni, blisko plaży i możliwość skorzystania z kilku basenów. Duży balkon pozwalał na wieczorny relaks. W hotelu panowała cisza i spokój. Jedzenie dobre i urozmaicone. Cieszę się, że hotel był na uboczu , bo Budva to wielki plac budowy.

Niestety sprzątanie mnie nie zadowalało- wc i umywalka nie myte przez 6 dni. Kosmetyki do kąpieli i mydło tylko w pierwszy dzień, więc w drugi szukaliśmy sklepu, by mieć się czym umyć. Jedzenie dobre, ale często zimne choć chodziliśmy na 18.00. Smutne były także Panie w recepcji, nie uśmiechały się i nie odpowiadały na Dzień dobry poza biurem.
