About this villa rental
St. James Park 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa in beautiful Kingston Plantation, a 145 acre gated ocean front resort community. This ground floor villa is located in a quiet cul de sac in the St. James Park community. Our villa features keyless entry, a new AC system, hardwood floors in living room, dining room and both bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms have tiled floors. Updated cabinets and granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, new stainless steel appliances, 50" wall mounted smart tv in the living room and 32" wall mounted tvs in both bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom suite features a king size bed with coastal inspired bedding. The adjacent bathroom features double sink and a new walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and a double bed. The second bathroom features a single sink and shower/tub with updated fixtures. Our villa has a private covered carport steps from the front door. The pool at St. James is located right out our back door. The ocean is a short, easy 3-5 minute walk where you can enjoy a 1/2 mile of beautiful wide, white sandy beaches. Feel free to use the beach chairs and beach supplies in the storage closet outside the front door. All linens and bath towels are included, as well as free Wifi. Relax on our private deck surrounded by shady trees and well maintained grounds. Or stroll down to the lake just outside our back door and enjoy the serenity and beauty of the property.
The SPLASH park and Embassy Suites/Hilton pool is reserved for renters using the on-site Kingston Plantation Rental Program. The two pools our guests can use are the St. James Pool and the beach front pool between S. Hampton and N. Hampton towers.
Enjoy all the excitement Myrtle Beach has to offer and then come back to the tranquility and peacefulness of Kingston Plantation.
Motorcycles, trailers and pets are not permitted within the resort.

Very nice unit! Very well stocked. Owner needs to repair kick plate on bedroom door leading outside it was loose and sharp ! Bugs came in . Liced the unit!

The location of this 2-bedroom villa was perfect - the St. James pool was right outside the door and the ocean and Apache Pier was a 5 minute walk. Shopping and restaurants were plentiful nearby. The villa was very clean and had all the things we needed to prepare our meals. It was nice to park the car in a covered carport as well.
There is a lot of beach equipment available, including chairs and a cart to haul things to the beach. My granddaughter enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys on our trips to the beach!
The unit has updated bathrooms and A/C, and the beds were very comfortable. The updated kitchen was well stocked and the dining area was large and comfortable.
Lynn is a great host and communicated very promptly with instructions that were easy to follow to make our check-in worry free.
Highly recommend this unit and we will likely return.

We really enjoyed the villa at Kingston Plantation, it was very roomy for a family of 4. The pool and ocean were within walking distance, the car port was nice during rain, the villa was very clean and had all the amenities of home. Lynn was excellent to work with and very prompt on her responses. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.
