Looking forward to returning

Our room was spacious and had an amazing sea view! The staff was polite and organized a surprise birthday cake for me. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and the coffee was nice.

Good for families but key things should be improved

Location, view, swimming pools ideal especially for kids, buffet, restaurant staff and pool bar staff (not reception)

Restaurant ventilation was very noisy especially in rooms above restaurant Toilet flash and air conditioning were very poor Wifi doesn't exist Unacceptable that pools are closed at 6 PM. 6 PM is still very hot. At least you should be allowed to use them at your own risk until 8 PM Cleaning could be improved Strong Seuaje smell No value for money

Feels like living in a Greek village

The layout of the hotel, it feels like you are living in a Greek village. The food was great, the pools were clean, the beach was so close. Also great entertainment, not too much or noisy. Plenty of lounges on the beach.

- weak Wifi in the room, but good signal on the beach, restaurant. - bathroom was like a 2 stars hotel one, with shower curtain and broken door, also very very small. - the pools were closed at 6pm - beach had a lot of rocks when you entered the sea, even if the sand was nice.

Not recommended and definitely not a 4 star

The only good thing about this hotel is the beach and the kids activities.

The entire experience was disappointing. The room is not even worth a 2 star, also pretty far from the beach. No wi fi whatsoever in the room. Mobile network did not work as well. Safe was 15 euros (not mentioned on Booking). We had half board included but we’re not informed that it only included food not drinks (not even soft drinks) which is unusual. We had to bring an old fashioned paper every time we went to the restaurant and the lady checking it was not really nice (Did you pay for your drinks? each time she passed). We have a two year old boy who really wanted to be by the kids pool but it was not really safe. It was too slippery. In four days we saw 10 accidents. We asked to leave earlier given the circumstances and the manager did not accept our request which is unprofessional. We would definitely not return!

Decent place but is has a lot more potential that what it offers now.

The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. But that is about it. Everything else feels like 4 stars in the 90's. The surroundings have a lot of greenery, but the lawn is not really grass. The food was ok'ish but it didn't feel like 4 star hotel. More like three star comparing to other places i've been. The bartenders near the pool were very nice.

Disliked · Everything feels old and no new investments seem to have been made in the place. Maybe some paving, but that's about all that seemed a bit new. The lawn is not really a lawn, the trees in the pictures presented here were cut down (the pine trees near the beach), the air conditioner was struggling and it is a very old a noisy central air installation. The WI-FI was very poor in some areas, and i couldn't use it in my room. Around the pool and restaurant was working but pretty slow. I can't understand how can you not provide decent internet in 2022. I wouldn't have needed the WI-FI if the cell coverage was ok, but it wasn't. I had 4G only on the beach. Also, they shouldn't permit the guests to reserve the sun beds, because it is very disappointing to reach the beach first thing in the morning and not to have a decent sun bed, nobody else being there, other than some towels. Also, the drinks were very limited and poor quality. (they don't serve freshly squeezed fruit juice for the kids at least, they don't have decent lemonade - i mean the one made from lemons). It is hard to understand how they grow oranges and lemons on the side of the road, and they can't offer you something fresh and natural.

Good family resort, with poorly educated staff.

I liked the fact that it was so family friendly that we didn’t want to leave with the baby. Good beach with excellent pool for kids. A lot of kids and very good place to visit with a kid and the whole family.

Air conditioning, always broken or something wrong. In the hottest parts of the day, the air conditioner didn’t work and sometimes the whole day, and the staff did almost nothing to fix it, or they did and then it shut down again. And the room was properly cleaned only ones, because our baby sleep routine didn’t meet their routine and they didn’t coordinate with that at all.

Calm vaction in Greece

The reception gave me a bottle of wine and a plate of fruit when they found out it was my first time in Greece and I was alone. Thakns for they warmwelcoming. The food was delicious too.

I expected to eat a Greek breakfast or dinner but all the food was the typical European food.

Good hotel for family vacation

Good hotel for family vacation - nice garden, kids pool area and beach. Our room was big and spacious.

Breakfast is very early - finishes by 9:30. You need to choose between good sleep or getting breakfast. Food choice in the buffet is very big, but quality is low. Most dishes were tasteless. Better reduce the number of meal options, but increase their quality.

It will be 10 if...

We arrived at 14 of May... Room was ready..clean...spacious... They surprised us with a free upgrade...Mrs Charoula and Mrs Julia at the reception very friendly, they arranged the upgrade and was there in any need.. .. Nice food both breakfast and dinner...And Mr(dont catch the name) who was preparing live the 'Mpifteki' was very good and professional.. Tottaly recomened..

It would be 10 if ... Brand of espresso was another... There is not wifi anywhere (Big problem for 2022 as no good signal for data using at least in the room)... Change the time of breakfast and dinner.. Is 07.00-9.30 And18.00-21.00...Not convenient
