Overall clean, friendly staff with few exceptions
Didn’t appreciate staff knocking at your door at 9am to “check” if you were still inside. Tvs not connecting to phone via cast, and not having popular apps like YouTube or netflix built in was a big disappointment.

Location
The staff could be better, every morning someone screams out of your door if you have laundry, not nice. The rooms are not cleaned properly, I could see dust in the floor and the toilet not cleaned properly. The food in the restaurant very acérate and the gym not cleaned properly.
