This was a good stay from the logistical point of view and in general for the money spent . I would definitely recommen

Position between Zillertall Arena and Kitzbühel is helpful , just 15-20 minutes by car to both sky areas. Close to the main access road, close to shops and everything you need . The apartment was spacious and warm . The room for deposit of the sky equipments was very useful . The mountain view from the back of the house was very nice too . Friendly staff. Local restaurant.

Missing information and no marketing about Kitzbuhel sky area. It was not a big problem for us as anyway we came prepared from home with information.

Great apartment, but a terrible host and restaurant.

The apartment itself was spacious and clean. There were more than enough parking spots. The drive to the ski area was short by car.

The host is simply terrible. At first he seems like a funny joker, but below that surface hides someone who seems to be on the verge of a nervous breakdown. He runs the restaurant with an understaffed team and served our kids diner 45 mins before ours without a proper excuse. As a joke he took my daughter’s bunny, but failed to return it despite our request. We had to go find it ourselves in the kitchen. Finally, when checking out, he failed to explain why certain costs were incurred but nevertheless grabbed my bank card out of my hand and proceeded with the payment himself (which I canceled).

Very enjoyable stay food in restaurant good

The staff were very good especially Gunther nothing was too much trouble for him

When booked it wasn’t obvious what the bed situation was , we required 6 beds but the apartment had 4 double beds , and the final clean bill is expensive

Superb

Beautifully up-to-date. Very comfortable. Took our five kids and they had bikes and a playground and plenty of space for them to play. The owner was very kind.

I do think that the TV should be included in the price. I found that odd. But that's such a minor thing.

Zeer tevreden komen zeker nog eens terug

De eigenaar dhr. Schranz was zeer vriendelijk in contact en heel behulpzaam (soort van Basil / John Cleese in een positieve vorm in Fawlty Towers) en stond s' avonds ook nog in het restaurant, waar je overigens heerlijk kon eten! Ook dit was een pluspunt dat je daar lekker kon aanschuiven, ons appartement was heerlijk ruim en de televisiezuil kon je draaien zodat je beiderzijds tv kon kijken, wel veel zenders van daar. Ook heerlijke bedden en kussens en ruime badkamer, in de keuken ook genoeg aanwezig misschien alleen wat extra kopjes voor de koffie.

Waterdruk in de keuken is laag maar in badkamer heel goed

Prima uitvalsplek voor het Zillertal.

Locatie is prima, vlakbij bushalte en prima verbinding met skigebieden in de buurt. Het hotel heeft een prima restaurant en de gastheer is echt een gastheer, wil het iedereen naar de zin maken en heeft voor iedereen aandacht. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

We hadden een appartement onder het dak. Dat was erg groot qua oppervlakte maar ook laag. Lange Hollanders stoten makkelijk hun hoofd. De trap naar het appartement was erg smal dus moeilijk met grote bagage.

Ruime en schone accommodatie dichtbij skigebied

De accommodatie is ongeveer 15 min rijden tot de parkeerplaats in Hochkrimml. Je kan ook verder doorrijden naar Koningsleiten, maar dan moet je door de tol poort (die overigens met skipas wel gratis is. Skipassen kunnen hier ook aangeschaft worden. Herr Schranz is een hele lieve man en wil je met van alles helpen. Hij spreekt duits maar ook zeer goed engels, wat heel erg fijn is. De kamer was erg groot. In de keuken was een kookstel, koelkast, vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker aanwezig en genoeg pannen, borden etc. De badkamer was schoon en ruim. Vaak krijg je in Oostenrijk houten bedden maar hier hadden we een boxspring en dit sliep echt heerlijk. Er is ook ontbijt en diner mogelijk maar hier hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Zwembad is in de winter dicht en de sauna hebben wij niet gezien. Wel is er in de kelder een ruimte om je ski’s/snowboard neer te zetten en je schoenen op de verwarming te laten drogen.

De locatie was goed, appartement was groot en schoon met voldoende parkeerplaatsen. Dicht bij de skibus. 's avonds kon je in het restaurant eten wat heerlijk was en betaalbaar.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes großes Familienzimmer, modernes Tageslicht Bad mit toller großer Dusche, Willkommens Atmosphäre im Hotel, Flexibilität und Hilfsbereitschaft der Inhaber, Sportsbar und super Essen !!

Einige Gläser in der Küche waren stark abgenutzt bzw. beschädigt. Mülltrennung wurde erwartet, faktisch stand in der Küche der Ferienwohnung nur ein Mülleimer zur Verfügung. Container zum sortierten Müll wegwerfen befanden sich im Außenbereich der Unterkunft. Bedienungsfeld des Induktionsherd wurde mit heiß- Gefahr sich die Finger zu verbrennen. Ein Toaster wäre toll gewesen.

Das Personal und die Lage sind super 👍🏼

Die Küche war nicht so ideal für mehrere Leute und die Stühle sind nicht so ideal für kleine Kinder und es kommen leider kein Licht von außen rein. Es war Tag und Nacht leider sehr dunkel.

Top verblijf bij hele leuke mensen

Het was een super verblijf! Een schoon en net hotel met vooral hele leuke eigenaren. Altijd tijd voor een praatje en voor tips over de omgeving. We hadden een hond bij en die werd met open armen ontvangen. De kamer was ruim en schoon en was van alle gemakken voorzien. Aanrader! Het hotel ligt enigszins wat afgelegen aan de doorgaande weg en er is niet echt een dorpje in de buurt. Voor zowel Wald als Krimml moet je een stukje lopen (30-45 min) of met de auto gaan (5 - 10 min). Voor ons zeker geen probleem, maar daar moet je wel rekening mee houden. Verder is de locatie wat betreft uitstapjes echt ideaal gelegen! Dichtbij de Grossglockner Hochalpenstraße, 3 skigebieden (Zillertal Arena, Wildkogel Arena en Kitszki) in de buurt en allerlei prachtige dalen met de mooiste wandelpaden. Het ligt aan de voet van de Hohe Tauern, dus voor de natuurliefhebbers ben je hier aan het juiste adres. Ook de Krimmler watervallen zijn via een prachtige wandeling van ongeveer 1,5 uur vanaf het hotel te bezoeken.

Herr Schranz ist sehr nett, die Wohnung ist sauber, alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Velik apartma z udobnim ležiščem, lepo urejena funkcionalna in dobro opremljena kuhinja, prijazen gostitelj, možnost naročila kruha, zajtrka, jedi po naročilu, shramba za smuči in grelci za pancarje, možnost nakupa smučarskih kart, dovolj prostora za parkiranje, bar v stavbi in bližina trgovine.

Schöner Skiurlaub.

Tolles, großzügiges Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Sehr praktisch war das Restaurant, dass zum Hotel gehört.

Das WLAN reichte nicht bis in den zweiten Stock. Dafür war der LTE-Empfang aber sehr gut, damit sind wir gut zurecht gekommen.
