This spacious apartment is located on the first floor and features a very large south-facing balcony (patio) that’s perfect for relaxing in the sun. It has been lovingly furnished with an emphasis on attention to detail and coziness. It features three bedrooms, a bathroom (shower and double sinks), a separate toilet, and a storage room. One bedroom has a double bed, one has two bunk beds, and one has a pull-out couch (very comfortable mattress, 170x200). The third bedroom can also be used as a living room. The kitchen is equipped with all standard appliances: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, and Eduscho Cafissimo capsule machine



With a fantastic view of the Groß- and Kleinvenediger and the surrounding mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park, your apartment is located in a vacation home in the Venedigersiedlung on the outskirts of Neukirchen/Grv. There are 3 vacation apartments in the house.

Directly accessible from the parking lot, a lockable storage room is available for the bicycles you bring in the summer or your skis and sleds in the winter. A shoe dryer for ski and hiking boots ensures your shoes stay dry for future excursions and activities.
