    The location is superb—just a 30-second walk to the MTR station. Andy at the reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He speaks excellent English, making communication easy and pleasant.

    An ok budget hotel in a very central location. Personally I did not enjoy being at the most touristy part of Hong Kong where everything is a little bit more expensive than everywhere else, but someone else might see things differently. The room is mostly clean and in fine condition. You could hear some hum from the street downstairs, but it wasn't that bad really. The mattresses were really hard and beds narrow. Because I was staying alone, I pushed the beds together and used another blanket to cover the gap. This revelead a bunch of hair and other dirt from the edges of the beds. Ultimately I did not sleep that well. The staff was polite. I asked for an adapter to charge my phone. They didn't have one, but offered to charge it at the reception.
