Everything! Before our stay we had good/clear communication with the manager, Ms Tshidi, who answered all our queries (regarding the accommodation, transportation from Gaborone + practicalities about visiting Botswana). We also asked if it was possible to suggest an itinerary for us, providing us with possible options of available activities. Ms Tshidi did this promptly, suggesting a range of activities (- we requested nature/culture-based activities), at a reasonable cost that fit our budget. During our stay we were exceptionally well taken care of - the accommodation was very comfortable and clean, with all the amentities we needed (including regular water and wifi). The gated compound is well-maintained and monitored. We had arranged to have breakfasts and dinners prepared for us on site (rather than self-catering), and these were cooked by a professional chef, Ms Grace. Each day we had a variety of options of very tasty food. As mentioned above, we had previously asked Ms Tshidi to help with an itinerary, based on what we wanted to see/do in the region. Each activity was well-organized, our transportation was on time (with a variety of excellent guides, that varied depending on our destination), and we were very grateful that we did not have to organise each of these details. Additionally, we were treated to a cultural evening, when we experienced not only local foods, but also cultural aspects including singing/dancing and traditional customs.

The place was very clean and tidy. The location is central. Cleaning and change of bedding and towels was done daily and the staff is very kind and welcoming

If they can kindly upgrade their wifi and rather consider paying for dstv ,however non the less the place was clean except for TV was not playing well and buffering lastly please buy maybe extra iron because we where using 1 iron all of us
