La vue sur le lac.
Le bruit incessant de la route et le simple vitrage…
La fête jusqu’au petit matin sur la terrasse de l’hôtel d’en face…
Les plombs de l’immeuble qui sautent à chaque fois qu’on a utilisé la cuisine…

La villa è affacciata sul lago e la vista è mozzafiato. All'interno gli spazi sono ben distribuiti e da tutte le finestre della villa si può ammirare il lago. È immersa nel verde, c'è il giardino e la possibilità di pranzare/cenare all'aperto.
Purtroppo il punto critico della struttura è rappresentato dall'ingresso che è direttamente in strada a traffico direi sostenuto. Manca appunto il marciapiede, come segnalato dal proprietario nella presentazione della casa e questo rappresenta una difficoltà per poter raggiungere il parcheggio poco distante.
Vi è comunque la possibilità, accordandosi prima coi proprietari di entrare nel garage sotto casa con l'auto.

Communication with the owner and his help were amazing. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The view is remarkable as well as the placement of the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom unusually clean.
The apartment has no ventilation. The moldiness stinks terribly. It is impossible to air out the rooms and to get something dry (eg towels after the shower). The location is unpleasant as it is right by the main street so it is loud at night and dangerous to walk to.
