Staff, room sizes, location

Too much light in the room

Great location, convenient for buses and metro, close to Nishiki Market.

Bed could have been lightly softer, but that's just my taste.

Location: perfectly situated (subway nearby, Nishiki Market 10min from the hotel) Room was well-furnished and nothing was lacking Staff was so nice and so helpful ! They really helped us with the Yamato transfer

In my check in I asked for a glass of water because I had just come in from the heat outside and was feeling unwell. Both receptionists told me that I had to buy a bottle of water. There was no drinking water available, and they didn’t make any effort to help or even get me some water. I found their attitude very disappointing, especially given that I was feeling unwell at the time. Breakfast ! they give you 3 option on their menu. I don't understand why eggs is not available and bacon is included? Eggs is expensive in Japan ? is just Horrendous that you need to choose for something that you don't want to eat! plus, some people were vegetarian , another people cant eat eggs , feel sorry for the ladies in the breakfast room had to deal with it .So complicated ! This is not a 4 star hotel !
