Escape to Sa Font, a charming country house with a private pool located on top of a hill, offering stunning views over the picturesque village of Petra and the Mediterranean landscape of rolling fields and hills. A peaceful and authentic setting, ideal for unwinding and relaxing in the heart of nature.
The property combines traditional Mallorcan charm with modern comforts. It features a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a double bed, TV, air conditioning, and direct access to the porch, as well as a bedroom with two single beds. Both share a full bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, you will find the mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace—perfect for enjoying the views and tranquility—also equipped with air conditioning.
The outdoor areas invite you to enjoy life al fresco, with several terraces, a spacious porch, a barbecue area, and a pleasant chill-out space. The private fenced swimming pool (chlorinated, 7.5 x 3.5 m, depth 1.2 to 1.6 m) makes it an ideal choice for families with children. Private parking for up to 3 cars is available.
The house is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning in the mezzanine master bedroom and the ground-floor double bedroom.
