A large and deep swimming pool, air conditioning in the room, and large, very comfortable beds. A beautiful, old and atmospheric building with a lot of character, easy access, and very friendly and helpful owners. The apartment was spacious and well furnished, with plenty of sofas, wardrobes, tables and other furniture. There is also a large, free car park, which is a great bonus.

The kitchen could be better equipped. There were not enough dishes, especially cooking utensils, as well as cutlery. There were also ants around the kitchen and fruit flies. The water pressure in the shower was also quite low.

Such a fantastic place to stay! The staff were amazing and the hotel itself is just wonderful. Our boys loved it and we had access to everything we needed. We will be back!

We’ve just finished our second stay here, and it definitely won’t be our last. If you're looking for something with character rather than a standard hotel, this is such a special place. The house is a beautiful, traditional Mallorcan property full of charm, and the shared kitchen works brilliantly. It creates such a friendly atmosphere and made it easy to meet and chat with other guests while still having plenty of space to relax. We would spend our afternoons reading and sunbathing by the pool with the sound of the cicadas. Pure bliss. Frank is a fantastic host – welcoming, helpful and always happy to make sure you have everything you need. We were also incredibly grateful to be upgraded to an air-conditioned room for our honeymoon, which was absolutely essential in the current temperatures and made our stay even more comfortable. The pool is lovely and perfect for cooling off after a day exploring the island. A peaceful, authentic place to stay with a real sense of community. We can't wait to come back again!

We happened to visit during an extreme heatwave, so the house could feel very warm at times, and using the shared kitchen to cook was quite challenging in those temperatures. That said, this was due to the exceptional weather rather than the property itself. The lovely pool was perfect for cooling off, and upgrading to an air-conditioned room for our honeymoon made a huge difference and kept us comfortable throughout our stay.

Expensive for what you actually get. Even though the room rates are similar, there is a huge difference between the stately rooms in the upper floors and the ones in the basement, which are dark, humid and smelly, as they probably used to be stables or storage rooms. The pictures of the latter ones are actually heavily edited. So pay attention when choosing the room! Also, our room has not been cleaned once during our 4-day stay, so do not expect regular cleaning service as a standard service here, despite the room rates ranging in the 4-5 star category.
