Apartment very well located with magnificent views of the beach of El Medano. Nice and bright, with all the equipment needed for a great vacation. It has balcony with beach views and main square, a living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen. An bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower and washing machine.

An apartment great for a couple or family, at only 30 meters of the beach and located on third floor with elevator. The building is very quiet and in good condition. close to restaurants, public transport, shopping, sports centers, supermarkets, pharmacies, health center, etc..

Wer es lebendig mag, kann vom Balkon das Leben auf dem Marktplatz mitbekommen. Das Schlafzimmer liegt ruhiger - zwar zur Straße, an der aber nachts nicht viel Verkehr herrscht. Die Verwalter - Josie und Carlos - haben sich auf eine Anfrage nach Austausch einer defekten Glühbirne noch am selben Tag gekümmert.

Das Appartement war sauber, die Küche einfach, aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist super, die Lage an sich auch, alles ist sehr nahe (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, Restaurants, Parkplätze). Einziges Manko ist das Bad, es ist sehr klein, und warm Duschen kann höchstens eine Person, dann ist der Boiler leer - dauert ca. 1/2 Stunde zum aufwärmen. Außerdem riecht es unangenehm nach Kanal - das liegt an der unsachgemäßen Verarbeitung der Ableitung vom Waschbecken, es ist kein Syphon installiert. Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert.
