It is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it accommodates up to 3 guests and features 600mb fiber WiFi and a dedicated workspace for remote work. It has two spacious bedrooms, both with ceiling fans; the main one with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and direct access to the cozy terrace. The terrace becomes a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the pleasant weather throughout the day. The second bedroom has a comfortable single bed and a desk area. There is a full bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, open to the spacious living room with a breakfast bar, creating a unique dining area. The living room features a 50” Smart TV and a comfortable sofa. A comfortable, well-equipped space designed for a practical and pleasant stay, as highlighted by our guests.
With the beach just a few steps away, in one of the most charming towns in Tenerife, you can enjoy local gastronomy and pleasant walks by the sea. Just nearby, you will find great breakfast spots and a wide range of restaurants, in a lively area full of local charm. It is also very well located, close to the South Airport and with quick access to the highway.
The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen including fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, toaster, kettle, as well as a hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, and much more. Everything is prepared so you have everything you need, in a clean, well-maintained and functional space.
There may currently be some noise from construction works outside the building. As it is a central and lively area, some ambient noise from the surroundings can be expected, which is part of its excellent location.
