About this villa rental
Located on a private property of more than 100,000m2, this house has been completely renovated with exquisite taste in a traditional way but with all the comforts of today. It has 5 double bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the master bedroom has a Smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, dining room with wonderful views of the mountains for 15 diners, It has terraces all facing the Tramuntana mountains and a spectacular state-of-the-art saltwater pool located in an ideal location to enjoy a bath with wonderful views and then relax in the chill-out area. It has a barbecue area with a traditional wood oven, fantastic for preparing pizzas. It also has an area specially set up to store bicycles with a workbench for them. Enjoy a game of ping-pong with friends or relax with a glass of wine in the chill-out area with spectacular views.

We had two families' with a total of five children. This house was perfectly suited for our group of 9. We used the pool multiple times a day and there was plenty of space for everyone. We hired chefs for a few nights and the outdoor dining area was a great setting.We went to a several beaches all within a short drive. This a great location away from the crowds but very accessible to everything. Fairly tight driveway entrance which would not be suitable for large vehicles such as vans or extra large SUVs. We had mid sized SUVs and it was no issue.

the house was amazing, great location for exploring the island. Kitchen had everything you could possible need. View is fantastic. Kids loved the pool. My only negative comment is the ants. I had seen a comments about them in the reviews but they were worst than expected. We always made sure the kitchen was spotless before we went to bed but would still wake up to a lot of them on the counters in the morning.

This is a beautiful old farmhouse that has been renovated. It was comfortable and quiet. Often the only sounds we heard were the sheep bleating in the fields across the way and groups of cyclists whooshing by on the road below. One morning we found that sheep had made their way into the garden. The pool was a godsend in the heat of this past August and it was ideally situated for cycling the Col de sa Batalla, the Femenia and cap Formentor. We enjoyed breakfast under the grapevines on the south patio every morning, and the grapes were delicious! Cosme, the host, was charming, friendly and very responsive and helpful. A really wonderful Mallorcan country experience!

Tolle Lage, schwer zu finden! Die Wegbeschreibung war nicht optimal.
Für unsere Großfamilie optimal. Großzügige Räumlichkeiten, so dass auch jeder seinen Rückzugsraum hatte.
Nicht alle Schlafräume waren günstig. Anregung für den Vermieter, es sollte vor der Anreise nochmal gut durchlüftet werden. Der erste Eindruck muffig !
Fazit, wir haben uns alle wohlgefühlt ! Der Vermieter hat uns alle Wünsche, die wir hatten erfüllt !
