About this house rental
Entertain and relax on the rear timber deck or stroll down to the village to enjoy the vibrant Sunshine Beach hub with fabulous restaurants and cafes.
This spacious beach house makes you feel right at home with its high ceilings and fantastic design. The modern kitchen is the heart of the home and there are beautiful timber floors and great open plan living areas. The mezzanine style upper floor allows lots of natural light throughout and here you will find three bedrooms (two with air conditioning) and the main bathroom. The large air conditioned master bedroom has a luxurious ensuite with spa bath, and is tucked away on the lower level of the house. A study on this level offers additional room if required.
You will enjoy an airconditioned living area, master bedroom and the third and fourth bedrooms. The second bedroom receives cooling from bedroom three when the shared door is left open. All bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling fans.

Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy manner. Beach/Pool towels available for hire $5 per towel - please advise at time of booking.
Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.
A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.

Very comfortable house in an awesome location - walking distance to shops, surf club and beaches.Backyard and pool area great to relax with the kids and dog also.House equipped with everything you need. Would be great if the 4th bedroom was air conditioned however.

Loved where we stayed, the house was spacious plenty of room especially with the study area to put our laptops there. Close walk to the beach, cafes, the surf club
restaurant and a convenient store. We had a lightning storm in the area, lost power but was fixed straight away. Pool was beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this place. Easy check-in and checkout. Would definitely come back.

Well presented house in a perfect location which catered for all the family. Children/toddlers were happy and safe in backyard and pool. Adults and children enjoyed the surf club for family meals. Beach was five min walk. Shopping and fine dining in noosa. Walks to noosa very accessible by walks on beach and national park. House very well equipped!
