Utopia was the perfect place for our family, we were 4 adults and 4 teenage kids. They loved the pool area and the pool table. The entertainment was perfect for everyone. It’s very centrally located, a few minutes drive from Noosa main beach and Sunshine beach. So close to Noosa junction and the shops and restaurants. Highly recommended

Great spot for a summer beach holiday. Was wonderful to be able to take our pup along as well.
The pool was very popular, especially after coming home from the beach and in the afternoons.
Nice and clean place with everything that you could need.

The best stay we’ve had at a rental property. The cleanest house we’ve ever stayed at. Great, quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the main drags it was perfect!
The pool was the highlight, temperature was perfect. More than adequate supplies and facilities and the welcome pack of food and supplies on arrival was so lovely,
Communication before and during stay was excellent.
We will definitely be back :)

Loved our stay thankyou. Lovely slightly heated (all you need to just take chill off). Super comfortable house with great kitchen and appliances. Lots of leaves around pool in Autumn! Love Noosaville and so close ans easy
