From its location on Eugarie Street you have access to the world famous Hastings Streets bars and restaurants, the stunning Noosa Main Beach, a multi-cultural and stylish range of Noosa junction restaurants, and many other amenities including bottle shops, supermarkets, bakeries, and boutique shopping.
Elevation and breath-taking views are on offer from all levels of three stories high, Industrial Chic' holiday abode. You will feel on top of the world overlooking these panoramic North, West and South views expanding as far as the eye can see, ocean glimpses, gorgeous Noosa River views around to Lake Weyba and beyond.
Stylish simplicity with black & whites tones throughout this holiday home will suit families and friends looking to get away!
The bottom level consists of a second lounge room with TV, kitchenette, laundry and fourth bedroom. This level opens onto an expansive deck overlooking a beautifully landscaped concrete pool. Perfect to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Being fully fenced there is plenty of room for kids to play with grassed areas also for furry family members.
There is parking for 2 cars which is a great benefit in central Noosa.

This house is well located with Noosa a half hour walk away down the hill.
The pool is lovely, and although very overlooked, we enjoyed lounging down there.
The property managers are super accommodating and terrific to deal with.
Lots of stairs to deal with so probably not ideal for those with small children or accessibility issues.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay,
