About this villa rental
Traditional Wood-Stone Villa in Sitia Crete within a 15 acres olive grove, where there are also fruit and other trees.
It's very close to the sea and several places of historical interest along with the biggest palm forest in Europe, Vai.
The accommodation is within a 10-minute walking distance of the Piskokefalo village where you can find shops, mini-market, taverns and the bus stop 2 and kilometres away from the main city of Sitia.
The villa is built of wood and stone within a 15 acres olive grove, where there are also fruit and other trees as well as ornamental plants.
The house is located beneath two huge plane trees about 400 years old and allow you to relax and enjoy the nature!
The house is fully furnished with air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, etc. and is decorated with Cretan-traditional elements.
In the main area (sitting room) there is a fireplace for the cold winter nights and a TV.
Both bedrooms have big wardrobes and auxiliary tables for any kind of use.The perfect place for family or friends vacations. This house is a pet-friendly a accommodation.
The villa is located in a private space and our guests can use all the available facilities including
1) the Pool,
2) the Barbecue,
3) the Traditional wood-oven,
4) the Parking area,
5) the Porches, etc
We offer a welcome basket with local products upon arrival and extra towels/ sheets are in the closets for you.
We are living in Sitia so we will at your disposal.

Nous avons loué 15 jours début septembre et avons passé un bien agréable séjour au calme. Le site est magnifique, mieux que sur les photos. Un grand merci pour la gentillesse et l’accueil des hôtes. Nous recommandons chaudement cette villa.

Wir waren im Juni 2018 zu Gast. nach einer anstrengenden und langen Anfahrt von Heraklion (etwas mehr als zwei Stunden!) wurden wir in Sitia herzlich begrüßt und zum Haus gebracht. Ohne Hilfe hätte man es nicht gefunden.
Das Haus befindet sich außerhalb der Ortschaft inmitten eine Olivenhaines. Man braucht nach Sitia mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten (inclusive parken). Der Weg nach Piskokefalo lohnt sich eher nicht.
Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, die Küche hat wirklich alles, was man sich wünscht und wünschen würde, auch Vorräte! Es gibt in den Schlafzimmern riesige Schränke, ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Von der täglichen Poolreinigung bekommt man gar nichts mit, die Vermieter sind da sehr diskret. Der Pool selbst ist riesig und eignet sich perfekt zum Schwimmen. Für kleine Kinder ist er aber nicht geeignet, da das Wasser überall mind. 160 cm tief ist.
Bei kleinen Problemen wurde uns umgehend geholfen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer freundlich, die Antworten kamen schnell.
Wir haben noch nie ein so gepflegtes und schönes Haus gemietet. Hier können sich andere noch mehrere Scheiben abschneiden!
